dridzt:
    - Prevent the distance indicator from completely disappearing when the survey button is visible and undocked so users can find the anchor to move it around.
    Prevent taint from moving the survey button in combat.
    While we're at it prevent taint from changing some Archy configuration options in combat as well.
    - Update the digsite cache when users toggle the 'filter by continent' option on the tooltip so it goes back to showing all continents without a reload (and damn but I said I wouldn't do another update so soon)
