Dridzt:
    - roncli's fix for ticket 475: Continents can have more than 4 digsites when using the site randomizers.
    - WorldMapShowDigSites checkbox has been removed from the map in 5.3 (it is now a dropdown option)
    - update .toc (but keep it an alpha/beta until it's verified nothing else broke)
    - Add a better visual cue when crate button activates.
    - Add button for using Lorewalker Items (Map & Lodestone)
    - User option for showing/hiding.
    - Re-arranging some options.
    - Localization additions for new Lorewalker Items button
