Table of Contents

While solo faming old world instances it was a pain to confirm every piece of BoP loot so i wrote this mod to stop the prompts from appearing while still looting all BoP items off a mob.

Automatically disables itself when you join a group or raid.
Works with both standard and auto looting.
Works with all looting types eg, Fishing and Chests.

Completely disables the dialog from showing at all so that the instance/raid group has to wait for the loot roll bar to end after several minutes WORST ADDON EVER. Does nothing that what it says it will. Uninstalled.

instance loot is a completely different dialog to solo loot - which is why the mod self disables when youre in a group (it has no code to do anything with group loot)

did you even read the description?

Yeah, it does clear the dialog but as everyone points out when you have auto loot turned on you still have to click the BoP items in the loot dialog because they don't autoloot (the other items autoloot but the BoP item you still have to click

It stops the dialog, but also stops auto loot for that item, so you still have to stop and click the primal spirit or whatever in the loot window instead of just having it pop into your bags.

That kind of defeats the purpose then. Whether I'm clicking on an OK button to loot the BoP item, or the item itself, it's clicks that shouldn't have to happen when looting solo. If the addon doesn't also auto loot the item, then it just shifts where the extra clicks are occurring to get the item into your bag

I see that this was updated for 7.0.x to remove the prompts. The issue I'm seeing though is that the item the prompt was for remains in the loot bag, even with Auto Loot enabled in the options, so you have to manually click to loot it from the bag. Any chance to get it so it fully auto loots everything, even the ones that would have prompted for the BoP like Primal Spirit?

it would be nice, when this will work like bop remove. i think ist isn't updated, an you could choose the treshold i 1 or 40 in group. but i won't work anymore, but the button du you really want this is so annoying

Have using this addon very long now, thanks for it! Whould be really nice if you could add the option to work in a Party and Raid.

no, its not meant to work in a party, only when solo - thats why the code is so small.

if you want it to work in a party then youd have to re-write it completely as party/raid looting uses a different set of events and frames

I love this dream add-on, "ArkAutoLootBoP" that had come to life on-screen! Thank you!

How do we update addons with the newest wow's add-on code? I know nothing of add-ons, but willing to know that smallest bit of it.

need more info because i've looted those a couple of hundred times without a prompt

the first one after a reload will have the prompt come up but should go away instantly, all the ones after that just wont even appear.

make sure youre using the latest version

Does not work for Dark Soil while in a party (i.e., when partying to join someone else's Low pop realm for higher spawn rates). Works fine while alone.

EDIT: Using BoP Remove in the meantime, as it works in a party.
