Ran a few more instances and it seemed to behave better.  Not sure if the first few bosses were a fluke or what.  If I can make it reproduce readily, I'll let you know what it takes, otherwise just disregard my failure as an error on my end.  Thanks again.

Ark, I just ran Setthek Halls for the Anzu run.  It picked up one BoP item off Anzu and not the other.  However on  Talon King it picked them all up on the first try.  So it does seem to work properly at least some of the time.

(After testing) Okay, didn't seem to resolve my issue.  I ran Heroic Mana tombs and pulled the last boss with everyone else in the room alive.  Had 4 BOP items drop and it only auto-looted the first. I had to close and re-open the loot window for it to pick up the rest.  This is an improvement from before where I would have to close and re-open for each item.

When I pulled the boss, the only addon enabled was this one.  I wanted to make sure another addon wasn't tainting the testing.

It's been updated for Mists.  Thanks for doing that.

Only problem I'm having is that when looting more than 1 BoP item at a time (like an outland boss dropping 2-3 items) that it only picks up the first item.  I have to close & re-open the loot on the boss for each subsequent item.

This is when I'm running solo, so no other group members.

Is this addon being maintained any longer? If there is any addon that does what this one does, feel free to let me know as this one is auto looting when in group, of late.

Passloot is definitely the addon to have if you are running instances below your item intrest level. Get it. Use it. Beg that author to incorporate an auto-bop confirm when soloing into it (then we wouldn't need this one)

Is there a way to have it active in a group? My reason for asking is that often I like to farm old instances for shards and/or dusts and other things, and usually with someones alt in the group so i'm able to click disenchant (going solo wont prompt that when you get the roll box) which leads me to my next scenario: in a group (and we assume it's active) will it bypass (or can it?) the confirmation for disenchanting an item?
