AtlasLoot Enhanced
History
AtlasLoot was originally created by Pernicius as a plugin for Atlas and contained a handful of raid loot tables to browse. Unfortunately, Pernicius was unable to maintain the mod, so Daviesh took over and renamed it to AtlasLoot Enhanced to provide a distinction between the two versions. Since that time, AtlasLoot has grown to cover every loot table for every boss, every item set, PvP Items and items for every reputation faction. In January 2010 Hegarol took over the project from Daviesh. Finally, in 2014/2015 Lag completely rewrote the entire addon for AtlasLoot v8.
What is Atlasloot

AtlasLoot.toc :
So, is ATLASLOOT_PVP_SETS of the file localization.fr.lua it still used?
Sounds like something went awry on a patch day or a maintainence day. Here is how the mod works:
The mod queries your itemcache.wdb file to see if you have seen the item if you have, I query the server for the tooltip and show the game tooltip if you haven't, the (no iteminfo) tag appears and lootlink is queried for the tooltip
Now, the problem with lootlink is that they restrict which functions can be called by external mods. Ideally I would get the tooltip from Lootlink by passing it the ItemID number, something which is the same in matter what language you use or which patch version or whatever. Unfortunately, the only function I have access to forces me to pass the NAME of the item to lootlink.
So what is the problem? Well, if an item has some random attribute (of the something) I can't get the tooltip, if the language the items appears in Atlasloot does not match how it is stored in Lootlink, I can't get the tooltip and if there is a typo in the item name I can't get the tooltip.
The other possibility is that somewhere along the way a typo appeared mid way through your Lootlink database, meaning the item name search gets stuck part way through the database. If you want to try a very full LootLink database (in English) and see if that is the problem, I have mine posted here: http://www.daviesh.com/atlasloot_forums/viewtopic.php?t=52
Be warned, its a pretty big download.
I know that. That's why I specified in my post that I have LootLink. Some items in AtlasLoot which I have not "seen" on the server show tooltips from LootLink -- I can tell I haven't "seen" them because the LootLink tooltip is tagged with "<Generated by LootLink from cached data>" and "
Due to space problems it is not possible to open the T0 page from Scholomance in the german loc. Right now there is nothing we can do about it. Please use UBRS/LBRS to find T0.
Continued expansion of the armour sets included, with the rare and epic PvP sets as well as T0, T1 and T2 sets. The T1 Sets can be found on the MC page, T2 on the BWL page and T0 whereever there was space (UBRS, LBRS, Scholo).
Hmm, I am looking through the code and there is no way to allow Quickcompare to work. It will only hook into standard Blizz UI frames and there is no way to register other tooltips. It's a good small mod, just not as flexible.
It does the same + more, like chat hyperlink tooltips comparing. And with doing more, it still uses less memory.

Newer version + more info
What does quickcompare do any different to Equipcompare?
But could you please add support for the new QuickCompare too?

"I don't store any of the item information other than the name, I ask the server for that info. However, I cannot request stuff that you haven't seen without you being disconnected, that is what (no iteminfo) means. As you see items, the (no iteminfo)s will gradually go away. "
From the Atlasloot FAQ: "Starting in patch 1.10, Blizzard made it impossible to seek information on items that have not yet been seen. Atlasloot queries your local cache of all the items you have seen, and if it cannot be found the (no iteminfo) warning appears.
Tooltip information for (no iteminfo) items can only be viewed if you have Lootlink or ItemSync installed and the item is in that mod's database"
http://www.daviesh.com/atlasloot_enhanced/faq.php
I get "no item info" on quite a few items in AtlasLoot, even though those items are in my LootLink Enhanced database. Items such as the T3 sets and a lot of AQ40 loot are having this problem. Other items show up with the LootLink tooltip saying <generated from cached data> and/or <not validated for this server>, so why don't these ones?
Please ass strategies for the bosses. AtlasStrat or AtlasBoss mod :D
The loot tables are already in. We are just waiting for a new Atlas Version, because new bosses can only be added by the Atlas author itself. Also see this thread http://daviesh.com/atlasloot_forums/viewtopic.php?t=39
please add All the World Bosses, like the 4 green dragons, azrergos, lord kazzak.
v1.17.02 is just a language update, don't bother unless you use the French, German or Trad. Chinese clients

awesome mod thanks for taking the time to make it :)
Would it be possible to add outdoor raid bosses to the mod and if so do you have any plans to do so in the near future?
Thanks again :)
