AtlasLoot Enhanced

History

AtlasLoot was originally created by Pernicius as a plugin for Atlas and contained a handful of raid loot tables to browse. Unfortunately, Pernicius was unable to maintain the mod, so Daviesh took over and renamed it to AtlasLoot Enhanced to provide a distinction between the two versions. Since that time, AtlasLoot has grown to cover every loot table for every boss, every item set, PvP Items and items for every reputation faction. In January 2010 Hegarol took over the project from Daviesh. Finally, in 2014/2015 Lag completely rewrote the entire addon for AtlasLoot v8.

What is Atlasloot

AtlasLoot Enhanced is an UI mod allowing for loot tables of bosses to be browsed whenever needed within the game.

Below is list of custom modules which are developed and maintained by different author teams.

Features

Atlas Integration: You can easily link to Atlas map browser if your current visited instance loot table has a corresponding map provided in Atlas.
Dressing Room: Control-click items to show them in the Dressing Room.
Price Preview: See the prices for token items like PvP rewards.
Filter: Filter loot tables based on your class or set up your filter manually (NYI).
Instance Loot: All instance loot from every Dungeon (Normal and Heroic) and Raid.
Faction and PvP rewards
Collection Items: Armor Sets (Dungeon, Tier and Crafted), Mounts, Companions, Tabards, Legendary items and more.
Season and World Events: Skettis, Abyssal Council, Ethereum Prison, Feast of Winter Veil, Hallow's End, Brewfest, etc.

To Do

Add skill / source to crafting
Wishlist: Alt-click on any item to add it to the wishlist, alt-clicking on an item in the wishlist deletes it. There are buttons added to the Atlas panel and the loot browser to open the wishlist.
Partial Searching: Allows searching the whole AtlasLoot database for an item where you only know part of the name.
Quicklooks: Bind up to ten loot tables to 'Quicklook' buttons, allowing you to jump to them with only one click.

Slash Commands

'/al' or '/atlasloot' by itself brings up the loot browser.
'/atlasloot options' brings up the options menu.
'/atlasloot reset' resets the last viewed loot table (fixes disconnects when opening AtlasLoot) and moves all draggable frames back to the middle of the screen.
'/atlasloot mmb' toggles the minimap button on / off.
'/atlasloot togglebg' toggles background pictures on / off.

Because AtlasLoot doesn't provide maps. Just the loot. For dungeon maps please download Atlas: http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/atlas.aspx

We have lately encounter a problem when sharing loots... Mostly when BiS(Best in slot) > mainspec. So, I was making a BiS whishlist for each class spec to have fast access and smoothing up the time we spend checking BiS > MainSpec > offspec after killing a boss.

I thought it could be great to use this addon for it. Now the problem is the time I have to spend doing each of the list so, my main question: Is there a way to export new whislist from other players to my addon? I guess I will need about 10+ whislist named by class and spec but it will improve a lot the time spended.

I can play with LUA to import those list, I just need to know what to copy&paste to import those list to my addon.

Hi,

Sorry if this has been pointed out or is a known issue. Some of the vanilla loot now have the wrong armor type listed.

For example in Uldaman, Horned Viking Helmet, Ravelosh's Boots, Cragfists are listed as Plate but are now Mail armor.
In Maraudon, Noxxion's Shackles, Helm of the Mountain, Elemental Rockridge Leggings again say Plate but are Mail armor.

There may be others but these are a few i noticed while browsing where to go for gear.

Also i clicked on the name Elder Splitrock (in the green text) in Maraudon & got the following error.

As for the Elder Splitrock I don't get any errors. Could be related to me using a developer version. Anyway should be fixed with 4.2. If not please contact me.

I hope you keep the sorting of the professions. They are good as they are. But thats just me.
I only wish to not have the bug in the wishlist or lists anymore that shows items as never seen yet after a day. I have to "unlock" them nearly everyday with whatever char I log in. And I did reinstall wow and atlas, atlasloot and removed the saved variables already.
But thats just a minor issue for me. I love the addon. I have it for years and will continue to keep it because its unique and ireplaceable. Thanks for the whole time you´ve put into it. :)

Hey Zasz. Blizzard changed the item cache with Cataclysm. Basically you can not get disconnects anymore. Thus we changed the item query function in AtlasLoot to be working just by mousing over an item. Why do you need to "unlock" all the items every day? I know there may be a red border around the icon but it actually doesn't matter if you have seen an item or not. Just mouse over it and you can view or link it.
We have no plans to change the profession sorting. I spent countless hours to update and maintain the crafting section for Cataclysm and I feel very good about it :)

Hey guys

AtlasLoot is looking for some help from the community. We are currently in preparation for Patch 4.2. There are many many things that are to be added to AtlasLoot and we are recoding the wishlist as well. We also want to update our ALCHEMY and JEWELCRAFTING section but unfortunately we only have limited time because we all do this in our free time.
So we are looking for YOUR help! The only requirements that we have is that you are enthusiastic about either the Alchemy and/or Jewelcrafting profession. Knowing how to use an SVN would be a great addition but it is not a must-have.

Currently unable to un-wishlist anything. Alt-clicking in the wishlist tries to re-add the same item to the wishlist again.

Fixed by adding another item to the wishlist, then it let me unwishlist anything I wanted. It def did get stuck there for a few days tho.

Is it just me or is it impossible to view other wishlists besides the one for the toon you're on? I used to be able to but with the change in the UI I can't seem to find a way.

You should do a CLEAN reinstall of Atlasloot: 1. Delete every AtlasLoot folder (even the wtf ones) 2. Log in to WoW. 3. Completely log out. 4. Reinstall AtlasLoot. 5. Log in with only AtlasLoot enabled

is it just a glitch on my end or does the Baradin Hold loot folder show druid loot under the mage section and prot pala gloves in the retri pala section?
