FAQ
Q: I cannot move/drag my skills on my bars?
A: Hold Shift to move skills safely. You can also unlock your bars in the Bartender4 options, but using Shift is safer and recommended.
Q: How do i access the Configuration?
A: You can open the configuration with the Slash Commands (/bt or /bartender) or through the Bartender4 LDB plugin.
Q: Where are my keybindings? And how do i bind new keys?
A: Bartender4 buttons should automatically inherit keybindings from the Blizzard bars. For new keybindings, you can use KeyBound to re-bind your keys. You can access KeyBound by its slash command (/kb) or through the button in the BT4 config. Hover a button, press key → voila!
Q: Can I skin the buttons beyond the built-in options?
A: Bartender4 allows skinning through Masque! After installing both Bartender4 and Masque, you can customize the BT4 appearance in the Masque options.
Q: How do i disable the snapping of the bars?
A: Currently, you can temporarily override the snapping by holding down the Shift Key while moving your bars, or uncheck the option in the popup when your bars are unlocked.

Gotta be some missing dependency, dunno what it is. Asked a few posts down.
Also, Ace3 build 701 is listed as 2.4.3 so you'll have to check load outta date stuff.
Each time i log on i get a error msg that reads
Interface\AddOns\Bartender4\Actionbars.lua:186:Sacebindings(1 2) With a straight vertical line between 1 and 2
Anyone know how to fix this?
Like "/bt3 bar5 toggle" was in Bartender3
First i started notice when i healed that sometimes i couldnt mark my icons in grid. so i investigated if it could be a bug in grid. then i tried to disable all addons except for grid and then it worked.
finally i came to realise that it was BT4's bars that screwed up the UI. IF you have invisible slots (unused slots) in your Bars then those areas will screw up your UI. not only Grid, but also just point and mark something.
The way to fix this is make sure that all your bars are narrowed down to the exact number of buttons that it needs. it should fix it.
Is it normal to need Ace3, or did I miss an installation step? I don't recall having to have Ace in a separate directory install before.
Great update!
I have a question though. Dont know if it has been answered before, but there seems to be a problem with profiles. Say that login with my paladin then a profile in his name is created. If i try to load another profile and Unlock the bars then sometimes the stancebar and micro bar are not unlocked and cannot be moved. If i disable the stancebar and re-enable it, it vanishes from the screen, nowhere to be found.
Or, in fact, IS there one that's not working for some arbitrary reason?

My only complaint is that it doesn't seem to work with Fubar. Is this a problem with BT4 or with Fubar3?
I have several times been moving the configuration frame out of the way to move the gazillion hunter bars around and got the config frame stuck over to one side and been unable to move it back as the area on the config frame that the mouse has to be over to drag the frame around is off my wow screen.
I eventually figured out that I can unstick the config frame by going into wow video settings and going out of window mode.
Is there some way you could make the area that you can drag the frame with larger to avoid this please?
great addon btw :)
To all you breathless, whiney, unmannered little prick wastes of cytoplasm, until you can - and do - do what Nev does, either ask nicely and say please and thank you, or shut the fuck up.
Nev, for every one of them there's at least 10 more of us who appreciate your work, and know how meticulous an effort it is, but just forget to express it. So thank you.
