FAQ
Q: I cannot move/drag my skills on my bars?
A: Hold Shift to move skills safely. You can also unlock your bars in the Bartender4 options, but using Shift is safer and recommended.
Q: How do i access the Configuration?
A: You can open the configuration with the Slash Commands (/bt or /bartender) or through the Bartender4 LDB plugin.
Q: Where are my keybindings? And how do i bind new keys?
A: Bartender4 buttons should automatically inherit keybindings from the Blizzard bars. For new keybindings, you can use KeyBound to re-bind your keys. You can access KeyBound by its slash command (/kb) or through the button in the BT4 config. Hover a button, press key → voila!
Q: Can I skin the buttons beyond the built-in options?
A: Bartender4 allows skinning through Masque! After installing both Bartender4 and Masque, you can customize the BT4 appearance in the Masque options.
Q: How do i disable the snapping of the bars?
A: Currently, you can temporarily override the snapping by holding down the Shift Key while moving your bars, or uncheck the option in the popup when your bars are unlocked.

To fix this, I used to do a /RL, but now I've found a different solution (wich may be useful for the author): I check and uncheck the "Use Blizzard Vehicle UI"-box, and that's pretty much it...

When i play my druid tank, and i (for running or other things) swich to my feral cat i get problems...
I am using some bars ( think 6 in total) and the problem is that when i switch to cat and i add the icons there (usually would have left them there, but gets poblems) they show up in another bar also. So when i swich back to bear, i need to remove the shortcuts, and add the ones that is supposed to be there... anny help??
Know it is badly explained, but im no englishman :)
So many issues posted since then, with no response. This tells me its dead. Dominos may be a little bit more complicated to setup, but at least it does work and the author has acknowledged posters.
Do yourself a favor, get rid of this broken PoS and get Dominos! Your UI will thank you!
Best Regards,
Milkyyway.
I also believe there is an option on bar 1's settings which say something like 'Display bar: <Insert whatever bar it shows here>'
my bar 1 and bar 2 seems linked.
do i put spell in bar1 it also appears on bar2 and vice versa
how do i fix this?
I LOVE love LOVE this addon (I'm not really a fan of entire-ui changes like Titan or x-perl) and would hate to have to dump it.
Open up bartender menu, highlight "Bars" Check the box "Use Blizzard Vehicle UI"
As far as the "bite" option, you have to enable it since it is not enabled by default. Click on your primary bar that you want to change, then go to "state configuration" then check "Possess Bar"
Example Macro:
#showtooltip
/cast [modifier:shift, target=player]Rejuvenation; Rejuvenation
The macro casts Rejuvenation just fine on my target, but when I push shift, the problems arise. If I push shift and 'Click' the button with my mouse, then it heals myself (without losing target on the person I have targetted). But, if I push shift and push the #1 button (Bar 1 Button 1) nothing happens, it is as if there is no skill/macro on that position. When I push shift, I can see the skills change states, denoting it wants to heal myself, instead of my target. Just pressing the button gives no results. Do you have any suggestions I could try? I am not sure what else I can do to fix this.
