Bartender4_Dualspec
Deprecated
Please use Dualspec Profiles instead
switches Bartender4-profiles when changing spec.
Options are in the Blizzard Addon-option-pane (Menu->Interface->Addons->Bartender4_Dualspec)
Note: This addon does not change button-bindings (this is done by the default-UI).
It just switches settings that are influenced by Bartender4 (e.g. Position/Size of Bars)

When using just Bartender4's vehicle bar; getting in and out of 2+ person mounts is no problem because there is an exit button. But when I use the Blizzard vehicle UI option, there is no exit button when riding in the same mounts, so I have to revert back to bartender vehicle bar in order to have an exit button. Blizzard vehicles (i.e. siege engines, cannons, etc.) in quests or instances have no problem, except for vehicles with no interface (i.e. wintergrasp vehicles) as you are just a passenger if you arent driving.
Is there a fix for this?
I'm a holy/disc priest. Holy i use for raiding and disc for pvp. My holy raiding spec, i use healbot and designed bartender around my healbot addon. Bartender gives you 10 Bars to play around with, so, for holy spec i use bars 1-5 (which should be enough bars for 1 spec) and for disc spec i used bars 6-10. In holy spec i enable bars 1-5 and disable them when i switch to disc, then enable bars 6-10 for disc. sounds confusing i know. but i really don't see any other way to use this addon. hope this helps.
The Addon only changes between two Profiles. If you want to run this Addon with your playstyle, you need to change something:
#1 Type in Chat '/bartender'
#2 Switch to Tab 'Profiles"
#3 Create new Profile "Disc" (your Current Settings are not Lost, they should be saved as 'Default' or 'Priest' or maybe 'Charactername - Server')
#4 Copy your old Settings with 'Copy from ...' (select the Profile with your normal Settings.)
#5 Disable HolyBars 1-5 and activate your DiscBars 6-10
Now you only need to tell this Addon here (sry, dont use it :D) - that if you are Holyspecced it should use the Default or Priest Profile, and if you are Disc, it should load 'Disc'-Profile. Problem solved.
i really love this little addon. Great work!
Would it be possible for you to create a simmilar one for PitBull4? Usually i also use another set/profile of unitframes for each spec.
Keep up the great work!
Regards
X-buZZ

im getting this bug... could you fix pls? thanks! ^_^
bartender just switches the button layout on your already existing action bar positions, while this addon should let you get action bars on different places depending on spec.
for example, lock spec 1 > 4 action bars middle bottom of screen and 2 on the right side middle of the screen
when switching to spec 2> 6 action bars on the bottom middle of the screen and 0 on the right side middle of the screen.
(does this explain the function of the addon?)
But other than that your description is accurate.
So how do I tell this mod that I want profile A to be associated with spec 1, and profile B to be associated with spec 2? I can't seem to find any command line option that gets this mod to work, If it's meant to "automatically" detect spec changes and switch profiles... well it ain't working as nothing changes, either on screen or in the profile edit box of the bartender config page.
Ideas?
Cheers.
I updated the description
What happens if you switch profiles manually?
