Bloodthirst was a simple proc monitor for the Instant Slam! proc. It will displays a flashing fullscreen-effect and plays a sound when you get the instant Slam!

Never miss the instant slam!

Splashcomands
/bloodthirst flash on/off - disable/enable flashing fullscreen effect
/bloodthirst sound on/off - disable/enable sound notification
/bloodthirst msg on/off - disable/enable On screen notification message

Support for all locations in current release !

This addon does not work at the moment. It works by using the same entries as appear in the combat logs and Blizz in their infinite wisdom have stopped this proc from showing up as a buff/debuff. So Blizz's fault, addon will work fine if Blizz reinstate it after having checked the code.

Ok new issue. After diabling all addons except Bloodthirst. Went to target dummy's in SW and the addon is not doing what intended. No flash, No sound, No message. I dont know whats causing this, but maybe you can look into it.

This add on conflicts with mage alert. After much research, i had to downgrade bloodthirst and remove mage alert, to get it working again.

OK, it is easy to "upgrade" this addon, open b-thirst.toc in a text editor and change the first line from:

## Interface: 30000

to:

## Interface: 30100

I just installed this addon via curse client. On the curse client it shows that I have the most recent version 1.0.2r26 installed. But when I log on WoW, it shows that have the Bloodthirstv1.0.1, and next to it is "out of date". How can I fix this? I updated this addon several times and even reinstalled. It is not working for me.

The flash is the same as Omen's flash. And everyone uses omen. Please make the flash a different color than Omens, otherwise I will have to settle for the generic DoSomething mod.

Go to your addons folder and look for b-thirst folder. Open the folder and open the file b-thirst.xml in a text editor (not Internet explorer). Look for this line Frame name="Buah_Red" and under this will be a set of numbers looking like this Color r="0" g="255" b="0" a="0.8" this is where you can change the color of b-thirst proc. As you can see i have mine set to flash green. The 0.8 number is the alpha of the flash (how intense you want it, higher means more intense. Hope this helps.

Still doesnt work, same issue as before, no flash and no message. I wanted to make sure that another addon wasnt the cause, so with no addon but Bloodthirst enabled, it still does not work, so im still using version 0.96 r19

I have the same issue. After installing the 1.0 r21 version, i get sound but no flash and no words displayed. After digging around in the files and not finding anything, im going back to 0.96 r19 version that worked just fine. Also to add to your notes yheen, when u said the "variables now save to wtf" no they dont, i searched all the files in WTF and everywhere variables are saved for wow, and found nothing for bloodthirst except within the bloodthirst folder in the addon folder.

After the latest patch (1.0 r21) None of the affects seem to work anymore. The flash and message no longer display, even after trying to toggle them off and on using the command.
