BossWhisperer:
- Added the ability to turn incoming/outgoing messages on and off during an bossfight.
- Added the ability to check for a boss if it was not found at combat start (like magtheridon)
- Added the ability to read back the whispers players send you in a tooltip
- Cleaned up the code
- Added fubar plugin
- Added icon!
- This version has been tested on elite mobs, but not on Bossfights. Please give bugs/info on the forums!

 - Make the "I'm busy fighting stuff" message sex neutral (not all bosses are male ;))

BossWhisperer: Merge in changes from Tristan's BossWhisperer2. Tristan, if you had read the forum topics on BossWhisperer, you'd have seen that I've given permission for anyone to do whatever they want to the addon. Making a '2' was not necessary.
