Started as a personal fork of FuBar_AbramsFu, the addon has been rewritten for Ace3 and LibDataBroker-1.1.

I just wanted to clarify what this mod is and isn't taking into account. For example as a Night Elf I can see it is including my 2% reduced chance to be hit, and it appears to be subtracting .2% per level from chance to dodge, parry, block, and be Missed.
So with the above in mind I am assuming that if the target level is set to 88, I need the mod to give me a value of 100% or over to be unhittable to raid bosses.
This might be worth clarifying I had to look very closely at the numbers to figure the above out. And considering how ingrained that 102.4% figure is in everyone's [including my] head, having a mod which shows the "real" number might throw people off. I guess that might be why the default setting is for a mob your own level.
Thanks a lot for the mod. =) Apart from the above confusion, I'm really impressed and will continue to use it to manage my stats in the future.
That is correct! Or you can set the target level to 87/86 if you want to get ctc capped against, say, adds in a fight, so you can quickly tell if you're at 100% without having to do math to figure out what number between 100% and 102.4% you'd need to aim for~ Normally, I just leave it at 85 because that's what I'm use to (as most people are, like you said :p)
assume that the stats returned are without kings/str buff/elixir/mastery food
and then allow you to turn on/off which of those you have?
it would help immensely when trying to keep 102.4 coverage when tweaking gems/reforging to maximize stamina.
