This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of World of Warcraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

Cartographer_QuestInfo is a quest library module for Cartographer.

Cartographer_QuestInfo has built-in database for quests, no need to record quest first, you get the info instantly.

Provide info for nearly every quest. Quest info are data mined from wowhead/allakhazam/wowbox website, so it is almost complete and up-to-date.
Provide quest start and end npc or item info, you get the name and location.
Provide quest objective info, you get the mob level and location.
Provide quest series info.
Add quest level to quest log and NPC dialog.
Works on enUS, frFR, deDE, esES, koKR, ruRU, zhCN, zhTW client.

Thanks for the addon! One request...would you be able to utilize the "QuestHistory_Felstone" (or similar) added so that when we choose "show available quests" you'll only show quests on the map that we haven't already picked up or completed?

I actually like this a lot more than quest helper. It isn't quite as lazy as you still have to decide for yourself which order to do your available quests. Also it's MUCH more stable than q helper.

I agree that a mob tool tip would be a very nice addition.

What happened to the mob tooltip? I don't see it anymore after installing the latest version. Did I change something in my settings accidentally, or is the add-on bugged?

Look like addons conflict, either turn off other quest addon (or theme addon), or just turn off "Make quest log double wide" option in QuestInfo config options.

All of a sudden i'm limited vertically to the amount of lines the standard quest log has, anyone know how to fix this?

Same thing happened to me, i tried deleting all cartographer files and reinstalling fresh files and its still the standard blizz window

ok quick update one toon has the quest log with the side by side display the other has the default blizz UI, all toons have the same addones running

Great addon but a little improvement might be good : a tooltip on the mobs like QuestHelper has.

Yeah indeed great and lightweight mod, whereas QuestInfo is too bloated for my tastes. You should consider using MonkeyQuest or similar for the tooltip, because adding that to QuestInfo is beyond what it is meant for imho. :)

Love the addon, I just have one suggestion-
Add a feature to show all quests in the watch list.

Showing all active, showing 1 or showing none is cool, but I'd like to be able to check a few quests and have the ones checked show on the map at the same time.

I love the simplicity of this addon compared to things like Carbonite Quest and QuestHelper. Really nothing I can complain about. Not really any setup required, works smoothly, and still gets the job done. My only suggestion would be to create an option to only show quest objectives and end info dots or at least make start info dots a diffrent color, because I don't really need to know where it started and it sometimes clutters my map. Otherwise, great addon.
