ClassTimer
Deprecation Notice: If possible, please use WeakAuras instead, this addon is no longer maintained
This is an addon to create timers for your own buffs and debuffs.
General
player bars on left, target in middle, focus on right, all can be moved
To track CC Effects you must set the CCed mob as your focus if its not your target.
Only icons and time can be shown if you don't want bars.
The text can be customized in the options by using, "%s for spell name", "%a for applications", "%u for unit name eg target or player", "%n for mob name"
This mod is set up with AceLocale so anyone who wants to add other locals feel free :)
If you want other textures for the bars, get the AddOn SharedMedia.
Note: When adding values in the files, double parentheses are necessary on the last item in a table because it contains all the values from the function call and we only want the first one.
Options
/classtimer or the LDB Launcher

Is it possible to disable announcement? Its quite often that I missclick and announce timers in raidchat, kinda annoying. Apart from that, really nice addon, love it.
james: im not sure ill look, hitekredneck13: i intend to add something similar to this
Idea: Add in an announce option : Say I'm a mage and in a raid grp. Sheep Breaking in 3 seconds - 2 seconds - 1 second (Break)
of coarse this option would have to be toggled for BG's but it'd work well with Hunter traps too and maybe a 'locks seduce
hm... i see only my stans and dont see other stans...
Really nice addon, one issue i found:
Class: Warrior
Skills: Sunder / Devastate
The Sunder Timer & Bar are correctly getting reset, but after you have sundered 5 times and you start Devestating, the Bar seems only to move an inch and not back to full, while the timer resets to 30 sec.
This is a VERY nice addon, thank you! I switched to this from the rogue timers (just to keep current), but this is versatile enough so that all my char's can use it... wow. I found one problem with the rogue part tho. I noticed there is an "Extras" spot where you can make your own timer, but I seriously, have no idea how to make it work. I found that you forgot to add Distract (was in the rogue timer), so i've been trying to make it, but just can't figure it out. Looked in the readable file in the ClassTimers folder, but that thing is so confusing and crazy to read through, i don't know if it tells you how to do it or not =p Do you need the AceLocale to be able to add an extras timer? I don't really know anything with creating addons, so please excuse my noobishness. And thanks in advance.
Sorry distract cant be added due to its not a debuff.
The Devistate problem is blizzards end.
it is only for your stuns
sorry cant do that cos of the way i have set this up
Ok, fair enough, I accept that :)
One idea, that may be a bit out of scope, but anyway... It sounds like you can detect if a cc effect on the focused target breaks early right? If that is the case, it would be a great feature if you for the individual "spells" to could "attach" an alert if it breaks early. Especially in raids it would be so nice, if you could be alerted when sap/sheep/shackle/trap for the focused target break before time, since you are not keeping an eye on the cc'ed target all the time.
yes its necessary for it to work with multiple mob names and multiple saps and its all the blizz UI will allow, you could add it to sticky which will make it stay when you detarget BUT its buggy and it wont end if the buff ends early
Nice add-on for all those timers. I don't know if it's a bug or intended, but when I switch targets the timer disappears. It's a major problem when you are trying to cc mobs. Like when I as a rogue sap a target, I still want to keep an eye on the sap timer when I start to attack a different target. I assume it's the same problem for other kinds of timer where you switch targets, like druids entangle or mages sheep.
EDIT: Just saw this info: "To track CC Effects you must set the CCed mob as your focus if its not your target". I'm no expert at all, but is it really necessary to do that every time you cc a mob? I currently got another add-on, ccwatch, that doesn't have any problems when switching targets. But I like your add-on much better so I'd really like to use ClassTimer instead.
DrBlackJo, it shows YOUR stuff only Dasco, i know its a bug
StickyBar duplicate bug?
When i deselect/select multiple times a target(even when i change target), ClassTimer duplicate the Stickybars (sap/bind like).
fixed
