This is an addon to create timers for your own buffs and debuffs.

General

player bars on left, target in middle, focus on right, all can be moved

To track CC Effects you must set the CCed mob as your focus if its not your target.

Only icons and time can be shown if you don't want bars.

The text can be customized in the options by using, "%s for spell name", "%a for applications", "%u for unit name eg target or player", "%n for mob name"

This mod is set up with AceLocale so anyone who wants to add other locals feel free :)

If you want other textures for the bars, get the AddOn SharedMedia.

Note: When adding values in the files, double parentheses are necessary on the last item in a table because it contains all the values from the function call and we only want the first one.

Addon seems awesome, and exactly what I was looking for. As a hunter, I used this to track the DoTs that I had on a target, so I'd know when one was about to fall off and needed to be re-applied, etc... That's all I care about -- not what debuffs other classes have applied or who's got what. And as a bonus, CT seems the perfect substitute for Elkano's BuffBars, as well!

However, would it be possible to add the option to change individual bar colors for specific abilities? For example, I could change the color Black Arrow's bar to purple, matching its school of magic (Shadow). Serpent Sting to green, etc... Or even to display the debuffs to match their individual type? Quartz did this, and made glancing at the bars very quick and intuitive.

All in all, great addon. =)

Love this addon, but it locks on computer up on my warlock everytime I try and touch the bar options button. I notice several other people are having the same issue. Maybe its xperl maybe ? only thing that has a timer I have loaded.

I really, really love this addon, thank you for making it! I do have a request though: would it be possible to create an option to have bars shown for groupmates? As a resto druid, this would be extremely helpful when trying to keep HOTs up efficiently on my group mates.

Would be the perfect mod if this could be implemented.

Since i have a million alts ClassTimer is the shizzle for me.
Just wanted to get something off my mind, been thinking about it for a long time.

Would it be hard to add 'ticks' to the bars?
Would help immensely on all classes i play that have DoT's.

I'll fiddle a bit and check if it's possible to just add it to a texture but thought i'd suggest it to the head honcho first.

Is it possible to color the bars by buff/debuff name? I'd like to do something like make the rupture debuff red, deadly poison green, etc etc. If not, then I'll add it to the suggestion list. Thanks, great mod.

Is there any way to get an outline on the text? Nomatter what color i set the text it won't be readable if i make the bars more or less invisible. Having the outline would fix this and make light text readable against light backgrounds.

That's pretty unlikely. I'm also experiencing the exact same lockup, sans UI reset. I'm just forced to close WoW and restart. Note that it only happens when you click "Bar settings" -- clicking the plus sign to expand it works fine.

BUG FIX THIS!!!!
On my hunter whenever i hit bar settings my game freezes and ALL of my UI resets. Please for the love of god fix it!

Looks like it must be a problem your end Vogna12. Try the usual stuff like removing conflicting addons, restarting and using the Blizzard WoW repair program.

I have the exact same problem on my hunter and only my hunter. However the "Plus" sign do also causes the issue for me.

I can't seem to re-enable the separate frames for focus targets. Has anyone else run into this?

I've looked at the options for hours, but I'm not seeing any toggle.

I am having a weird problem with Classtimer. On my 2 most played characters it works perfectly, however on my lvl 63 Hunter. Everytime I press "Bar Settings", the game completely freezes and I need to Ctrl+Alt+Del. I don´t even get an error message.

I have tried to reinstall and erase saved variables. But nothing works.

Is there anyway to show the stacks of Shadow Weaving?
It's useless for me, seeing the buff without knowing howmany stacks are up.

Can someone please, help me how to get a timer bar for my Water Elemental duration? I tried <Summon Water Elemental> in the add custom timer option, with and without <> and it didnt work :( Help me please

Yeah, i always use AllInOne Target&Player feature and i'm having the same bug... All bars disappear and reapper randomly. Anyone know how to fix it?
