CombatTime
Overview
CombatTime is a simple, light-weight, Data Broker-enabled timer that tracks how long you spend in combat. Timer lights up when you enter combat and tracks the time, and when you leave combat darkens and shows the length of the last combat. Useful for tracking boss events that lack a boss mod timer, or timing dps cooldowns and use of heroism. Timer can be dragged around anywhere on the screen, or used via LDB data feed.
Usage
- Install as usual and It Just Works (tm)
- You can toggle the display by clicking the data broker or via command: /combattime show
Good fellow players of World of Warcraft, and consumers of this addon.
I'm just a fellow player hoping to provide some help to the masses.
As we're aware, a large quantity of changes have been made to the UI with Dragonflight.
From what I can tell, the addon is throwing a bunch of error at startup/reload, but it seems to be otherwise working.
These errors include the following:

Fully removing lines 6-14 of the CombatTime.xml resolves these startup issues.
Happy hunting,
Karpana
Trying to disable the default frame and ONLY see the LDB plugin. Is there an obvious way to turn it off?
How can I make the Combat Time bigger, I can move it around but want it larger.
hello, nice addon very helpful:)
just wondering is there a way to hide it out of combat.
thx
On raider dummies, why does the timer reset to zero (or restart) even though the combat is still in progress? This may happen during a real combat as well but it is only noticable on the Raider Dummies when I am testing my DPS over a time fight.
Timing begins and ends when you enter and leave combat, which is controlled by the game, not any addon. Damage meters generally work the same way.
Target dummies are "special" because unlike normal mobs, they will exit combat with you if you stop pushing buttons for a few seconds, even while dots are still ticking.
