CraftList2
3.0 Note :
A new command is available : !full <craftname>, returning the link to the profession, browsable directly by the person requesting the link.
Description
A few months ago, I wrote EnchantList, that addon allowed people to whisper you !enchant followed by keywords, and get back a list of enchantments you can do, matching the keywords. GemList was created a little later, based on EnchantList, and was doing the same for Jewelcrafting.
CraftList2 is a rewrite from almost scratch of those. It now works for every profession in the game and is handling 3 triggers:
!enchant <any combination of keywords and itemlinks> example: !enchant [Ashbringer] 35 heal
!gem <any combination of color/stat/reagent/text> example: !gem red, !gem [Talasite], !gem 5 strength
!craft <any combination of reagent/text> example: !craft belt of blasting, !craft belt [Primal Fire]
The database is updated every time you open a craft panel. The GUI is brand new, use /clist or /craftlist to open the panel.
Is there an update for this. Best addon ever.
As the enchanting trinket is BoP and as an enchanter can only enchant his/her own rings, it would be needless to include them into the listing, as that enchanter cannot make/do these enchants for you.
I still like to be able to whisper myself to get mats for an enchant when I'm on an alt :)
This mod doesnt seem to work with the following for enchanting and theyre part of the skill / profession...
1. Trinket
2. Trinkets
3. Ring
4. Rings
5. Finger
6. Fingers
Hello,
I was wondering if someone could please help me. I had installed this add-on a few weeks ago and it had worked fine. then a few days ago, it stopped working. I get nothing if I type /craftlist or /Clist or if someone whisps me !gem or !enchant. I have uninstalled all other add-ons I have (bigwigs, ORA2, CT_mail and Omen) and reinstalled this add-on to try this on its own without the others and it still doesn't work. anyone have any ideas what has happend or how I can fix it?
any replies would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you, Am
r47762 - you can now set a comment for each craft. it will be printed right to that craft when answering a query. - Some small fixes and optimizations
being able to view crafted epic and rare quality items without manually sorting out the rest would be nice for master crafters, while most common and uncommon items dont have a broad market, the epics and rares do. !craft rare and !craft epic perhaps. in the meantime i manually sorted my own. it started with enchantlist and i have been eagerly awaiting a similar mod for my other crafts. i cant imagine going back to the way it was before these mods. while the skill up idea is awesome while leveling, at max skill i just want to sell the good stuff :D and again TY for this mod - finally :D one thing really disturbs me though, if a guild or customer whispers !craft chest or !craft boots they get both my tailoring list AND my enchant list. I would ask that !enchant only apply to enchants and !craft (or preferably !tailor, !leather, !smith, etc) apply only to my other crafting skill. =/ that way they have to do less sorting ... TY
As I only have about 10 items available for crafting (I uncheck all the ones that doesn't make me skill up) I would like craftlist2 to show ALL of those items, instead of the poor customer having to whisper "!craft chest", "!craft leggings", "!craft gloves" etc you get the idea. How about a "!craft all" ? or just "!craft"
Secondly, please include an option to automatically uncheck the items that doesn't make you skill up!!
I would love it if you could add a way to store your prices and have them reported when people whisper
ie: someone whispers: !enchant weapon agility
you: cL2> [Enchant 2H Weapon - Major Agiliry] 10g
or
you: cL2> [Enchant 2H Weapon - Major Agiliry] 10g with mats, 250g without
or something. This would be very helpful. Any way that could be done?
I'm working on a comment feature to add text to a given craft when queried, stay tuned
I would appreciate also if there was a way to list level range items. For example lvl40-50 rings.
Request for the future: Automatic deselection of BoP craftable items. What with all professions being able to craft special self-only items, it can be a pain going through turning them all off after the initial scan especially if (like me) you've a squillion charaters with umpteen thousand recipes apiece!
This mod would be even better than it already is if it would be possible to get it to work for Alchemists too, hope its possible.
(If not, do anyone know a mod that works for Alchemy?)
It already works for alchemy
I couldnt get the mod to work for alchemy...
2 questions: Is it possible to change the default help message when someone types !enchant without search parameters after it?
Is there any way to get Wizard oil to show up when player search for !enchant spell?
1- Not at the moment 2- use !craft for all crafts excepts enchantments and gems

Ah right, will be in the next rev
r43981
- added a toggle to disable whispers monitoring
- quoted text with " " will now be handled as a block (ie: !enchant "Heal Power" returns enchants matching the exact string "Heal Power" and not "Heal" and "Power" separately)
- the '-' symbol can now be used to exclude results in a query (ie: !gem red -spell returns red gems without the word 'spell' in them). '~' and '!' work too and are doing exactly the same thing.
- cooldown timers are now listed right to each not-ready craft
- added an option to print a summary locally after sending results to someone
- fix for enchanting crafted items like wands and resist gems, rescan your enchanting panel
- added support for AddonLoader
- a lot of bugfixing
