Is there a way to anchor this to the cursor and turn this into a very helpful tool for locating my mouse on screen? Love the addon but want to ability to anchor to cursor instead of name plate.
OMG, You r my idol! I played Warhammer a lot, and there was similar addon. After WHO closed i come to WoW, but it was so uncomfortable without target designator, and now i found u!
Please update addon half time it turns on half time it doesn't I play ench shammy this is my favorite addon as it helps me stay on target in pvp rbgs/arena however it like turns off then turns back on like hour later... please hotfix soon
Hi, I like this addon. Great work. What would be your recommendation for dropping the crosshairs so they are below the nameplate? I have the latest version as of this posting.
Do you mean "below the nameplate" as in drawing behind the nameplate layer, or offsetting the center of the crosshairs vertically from the center of the nameplates?
Thanks. I mean offsetting the crosshairs vertically from the center of the nameplate. I would like to see it over the target's head, for example. Thanks for your help on this!
Hello there and thanks for the update. Is there a way to show the horizontal and vertical lines out of combat please? Thank you so much in advance and have a great day :)
Try turning all of your other addons off and seeing if crosshairs doesn't show up when you target something. If not, please provide a screenshot of you targeting something with no crosshairs, it may provide a clue as to what the problem is.
Thank you for this great addon, I've been using it for a long time now.
I've made a modification to only show the horizontal and vertical lines when in combat, which is quite useful, at least for me. It reduces visual clutter when not in combat, and signals the start and end of it.
Maybe this could be made an option in future releases? Thanks.
Get the program NotePad++ if you don't already have it. Then find the Crosshairs.lua file in the Crosshairs folder. (...World of Warcraft\Interface\Addons\Crosshairs) Open the Crosshairs.lua file with Notepad++ and find line 139. Change the 5 to a zero so it now looks like: SetLineAlpha(0.0) Then save your changes, and exit NotePad++. This will turn the line's alpha/visibility to 0, making them invisible. There are other ways to go about it, but I do it this way in case I ever want to change the alpha again in the future to make the lines visible again. An in-game config menu would be amazing, but I hear they can be pretty difficult to make.
not working in arena/rbgs it will turn on sometimes but most time know please update or put a on / off button

Hi. Any way to adjust the position of the targeting circle to be (0, -10) pixels lower? Unsure what to edit in the lua to set it that way.
(I've got my custom nameplates adjusted at -10 pixels lower than default. Would love the circle to match.)
Any way to target a dead body for combat rez purposes?
