Cryolysis
*Notice*
Due to changes implemented in the 1.12->2.0 patch, the Mana Gem button is incapable of working as it used to. Unfortunately, it is no longer possible for the button to conjure the highest Mana Gem that isn't in your inventory, nor will it ever be possible again (unless Blizzard gives us a new way to do things). We are aware of, and apologize for, the inconvenience that this causes. We ask for your patience regarding this matter. Thank you.
Cryolysis will provide you a sphere and 9 buttons. The sphere will display relevant information and the outer buttons will provide quick access to all your magely desires.

I want to sincerely say from the bottom of my mage heart... THANK YOU!! To all of you that are working on this mod.
I will be checking this page off and on all day long every day until this is completed.
I honestly don't know how I got along without it before I actually found it. Now, there is no mod available or not available today that I miss more than Cryolysis.
Again you all for working so hard to get this up and running.
Good to see you Eternally777 :) Hope to see release soon!
GL!
Great news, hope to see it soon again in my WoW, cant live without it. Thx for Your awsome job guys and keep on going with cryo :)
I have a mage lvl 53 unlucky. I can't wait for cryolysis to be released. I have too many buttons to check. Mages are not a point-and-click class as some people say. The feature that makes you know how much time left before a spell effect disappears is damn useful. :D
Mine aren't blue nor yellow, but anyway, I guess that is not a big deal :P
I am sorry, it is my fault if we are a little late :P
Nearly everything works as before WoW 2.0 : That is the great news.
There will probably be some localization problems in German to be reported, and I will try to get rid of French Client matters today but I am not sure to be able to fix everything as my Mage is not 60 : That is the bad news.
A release is imminent. Stay tuned.
Oh look!
Yellow text. Haven't seen that on this page for a long time.
I am working with the SacredBuff author on Cryolysis. He actually found that timers are quite great too :P
When we will rewrite them to use less memory, I am pretty sure he will use them on Sacred Buff. Anyway, I will tell him :D
I do not think I will update Serenity as Sacred Buff author is really open-minded. I will try to convince him to be more Necrosis/Cryolysis like, then :P
As for Cryolysis (after all we are on Cryolysis comments :P), we had planned a release by midnight today CEST. But I do not think we will be ready. So what is the point of telling you that ? Just to say that we are really NEARLY ready.
Please be patient a little more :)
Lomig, do you know if SacredBuff is going to be more customizable in the future? I'm currently using Arcanum and SacredBuff to replace Cryo and Serenity, and I am unhappy with both of them. The cooldown timers from Cryo and Serenity are wonderful, as McArtur said, and the way Cryo and Serenity are set up is just better for my playstyle. An example is the way Cryo and Serenity both had a couple of buttons that could be customized to cast a certain spell from a list in the options. Neither Arcanum nor SacredBuff have customizable buttons, although the center button of Arcanum has some interesting options for its main button. With both Cryo and Serenity, one can also choose the order of buttons. SacredBuff does not seem to allow this, and Arcanum leaves these undesirable gaps in between buttons if you take one out without moving it over next to the exsisting gap, if there is one (This is just laziness on my part, though). The only thing Arcanum really has over Cryo is the button that displays tradeskills. I really miss both Cryo and Serenity and hope you all can update them soon. :)
@ Nacros, I suggest you to use SaredBuff for your priest.
Hi, i hope a new update come in next time. or a link for beta or alpha testing...
guys any idea when the update is coming for this and serenity. i have a lock, a priest and a mage and love necrosis and its like
Well for one its just not what im use too. :) lame i know. The real reason is because of the problems im haveing with it, but i see a new update for it has come out only a few hours ago so i will try it when i get home. (being that im at work now) :) The number 1 reason i hate it is because of the lack of Cool Down bar, and the bar that tells me what spells are active on my target. Its small but i miss it. :(
As far as I am concerned, I have as much copyrights and credits in Acanum as in Cryolysis-before-BC, so I won't call you a traitor :P
And my mistake, by the way : Eternally did not work on Serenity, but on Sacred Buff.
(too much Necrosis-alike..)
As I am a little unerved by the authors of Arcanum (They violated the GPL licence with their mod...), please, I am interested : Why do you hate it ?
Well call me a traidor if you must but i have been useing Arcanum. In my defence \"I Hate It!\" i am very, very happy to see a update is in the works. I love you guys for makeing a update, and all the people who use Cryolysis (not if your hord though, i hate you guys! :) all ways ganking me)
@ Throndorin Myrridin, Eternally777 and me who are re-handling the project want to release a functional stable version as soon as we can. That is our first priority.
Then, we will be able to Ace this mod, thanks to Eternally's experience, as he is the Acer of Serenity (Necrosis-like for Priest).
@Gendou
is there aplan to port it to Ace2 ?
Throndorin
Cryolysis is no longer being updated by the author. The author has quit playing World of Warcraft and will not be providing any further updates to either Cryolysis or Serenity.
Currently a project is underway to revive Cryolysis for client 2.01, apart from the original author.

Just throwing in my .02 that I would *love* and update. I find myself struggling without it on my mage!
