This project is inactive and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of World of Warcraft. The author may have abandoned it, or it may have outlived its usefulness.
Provides the ability to suppress specific spell casts from showing a cast bar in your UI. Originally designed to help with the Reliquary of Souls encounter in Black Temple, where melee needed to interrupt Spirit Shock and ignore Deaden, this addon is still helpful to avoid reflex interrupts on spells you're suppose ignore.
@angrysteel: try with ACB now~ with regard to adding multiple spell ids for the same spell, the id is used to localize the spell name, so the spell name text will match regardless of which version of the spell you use to add it.
Yeah, I poked around with it and I think some of the modules dont hook the right functions anymore, if the casting addon has been updated.
The Quartz one, for example, uses an Ace2 call and Quartz has been Ace3 since WOLK.
I can confirm that the Blizzard castbar blocking works just fine.
I've looked for a replacement to this (for heroic Maloriak), but so far I've had no success.
Same problem here ZubrDP. I use AzCastBar and i believe a module was added for it, but deadened does not work currently since there is no way to enable the module.
Anyone have any idea how to get the other castbar modules to work?
I see in the /Deadened/modules a Quartz module, for example, as well as many others, but only the BlizzardUI and oUF show up in the config.
When dealing with spells from 10 man instances vs 25 man instances, you can not add both versions of the spell to be suppressed.
Example:
Glaciate Spell ID for 10 man = 82746
Glaciate Spell ID for 25 man = 92506
You can not add currently add both of these spell IDs, since adding one will remove the other. Not sure if heroic modes will add yet another version of the spell, for both 10 / 25 man.
It dooesn't work with my aguf, there is aguf in modules folder but not in ingame menu. Today i added surge of darkness to supressed spell but aguf still shows it. Can anyone help me?
The Quartz module only works for the target castbar, and not the focus castbar. For instance, when I block surge of darkness using custom spell ID, the focus target quartz castbar will still show the spell casting.
xperl module seems to be broken for me. I added Surge of Darkness to be blocked and it appears that it is blocking the castbar for quartz but xperl still shows the spell casting.
Other than that, I love the new interrupt msg options. Adding the interrupt failure msgs is exactly what I have been wanting.
i can't get it to work with AzCastBar. acb module is physicaly in Modules' folder but ingame only modules avaliable to choose are Blizzard UI, oUF and Pitbull.
what's the matter? can anyone help?
ACB works just fine now, thanks for the update :D

Any chance for an AzCastBar update :D
