Decursive key benefits
Ease of use:
- Decursive supports all classes with cleansing abilities and configures itself automatically, it works straight out of the box, no configuration is required.
- Intuitive interface and detailed options, Decursive is suitable for simple usage and power users.
Control what and who you want to dispel:
- Easily Filter out afflictions you don't want to cure or that are useless to remove by class (some are pre-configured). (Such as afflictions affecting mana on non-mana classes, etc...).
- Choose between what you can dispel (magic, curses, poison, diseases, charms) choosing their priority. (this allows you to share the cleansing work with other players effectively)
- Prioritize or exclude members. (keep players, classes, or raid groups in a specific order to cleanse them in order of importance)
Manage Mind controlled units:
- If you are a Mage, a Druid or a Shaman you can Polymorph/Cyclone/Hex mind-controlled players.
- In any case Decursive will allow you to target mind controlled units easily.
- Decursive supports magic charming affect removal for Shamans (Purge and Hex), Priests (Dispel Magic), Hunters (Tranquilizing Shot), and Warlocks (Fellhunter and Doomguards spells).
Don't waste time:
- Your cleansing spell Cooldown is displayed to maximize your dispel speed.
- An automatic blacklist will prevent you from loosing time on players who can't be dispelled. (player 'out of line of sight' for example).
- Decursive choose a logical cleansing order depending on your current position in the raid. (preventing dispel concurrence between players and thus 'nothing to dispel' messages)
React faster:
- Visual and/or auditive alerts when someone needs your attention and can be dispelled.
- Special sound alert when Unstable Affliction is detected and you're about to dispel it.
- Visual and auditive alert when your dispel attempts are resisted or fail.
Integration in any interface:
- Decursive is designed to save screen real estate and to be forgotten when not needed.
- Many options allow you to customize Decursive appearance and interface behavior.
- All Decursive alert colors can be modified making it suitable for color-blind people.
Highly optimized and effective coding:
- Decursive was developed with memory and CPU usage in mind, installing Decursive won't affect your frame rate even in the worst battle conditions.
- Bug free: bugs are not tolerated in Decursive.
In brief, what you get with Decursive is effectiveness, a player using Decursive will always dispel faster than other players.

I've been using Decursive forever to manage my dispelling, and I'd like to continue to use it. I know you have said it is "perfectly normal if you're a shadow priest", but what you are really saying is this addon is not really for shadow priests anymore. I don't really need an addon to tell me when I need to dispel something on myself and myself alone.
Can we get a mode that will show when group members are affected by a debuff I can do something about?
In other words, why tell me to use a different button, when the addon is already recognizing I'm hitting the wrong button? Why can't it just DO what it seems to already know I want done?
If the addon knows the target has a disease, knows I could cure it with Cure Disease, knows that cure disease is the left mouse button... knows I clicked the right mouse button when there is no magic effect to dispel with Dispel Magic... why wouldn't it just cast the fricking Cure Disease, instead of yelling at me that I'm a noob for clicking the wrong button? The addon is smart enough to know I clicked the wrong button... why isn't it smart enough to just do what it KNOWS I'm trying to tell it to do?
I can tell you haven't thought this out too much. Do you realize the implications of allowing an addon to do things for you? Based on what you're asking for you could create an addon that you just left click a button and it does entire rotations for you (which used to exist for Paladins before Blizzard cracked down on addons playing the game for people).
So no, addons being able to take 1 input, think, and then do something else is WAY against what addons were designed to do.
Let's look at it this way: Druids have a single spell that removes poisons, curses, and a magic effect if tallented in to it.
1 button catches them all.
Priests can remove magic and diseases, but there are 2 different spells to do it. The addon is already smart enough to tell you that you used the wrong one. The whole addon's JOB is to do the removal of curses, poisons, magic effects, etc...
As far as "the implications of allowing an addon to do things for you"... uh, all addons do "things" for you. That's kinda their purpose. Maybe you should define "things".
note that it's not about my 'superior' add-on detecting 'flaws' in other very popular add-ons but about the error handler of my add-on disabling itself because those other non-working and out of date very popular add-ons are making too many errors per second... Thousands of errors per minute, slowing down the game and thus, degrading the user's experience...
now, if some people prefer to hide these issues disabling Decursive and pretend everything is ok while their roof is on fire... it's not my problem.
For now you can see the debuff stack in the tool-tip displayed when you mouse pointer is hovering a MUF.
I have how ever reset the addons now I hope this fixes it now will let you know
As for Vortex it seems to work fine I have curse setup to download any Alpha builds addons are out also even Vuduh does the same as well does not know about some of the debuffs as such
