Decursive key benefits
Ease of use:
- Decursive supports all classes with cleansing abilities and configures itself automatically, it works straight out of the box, no configuration is required.
- Intuitive interface and detailed options, Decursive is suitable for simple usage and power users.
Control what and who you want to dispel:
- Easily Filter out afflictions you don't want to cure or that are useless to remove by class (some are pre-configured). (Such as afflictions affecting mana on non-mana classes, etc...).
- Choose between what you can dispel (magic, curses, poison, diseases, charms) choosing their priority. (this allows you to share the cleansing work with other players effectively)
- Prioritize or exclude members. (keep players, classes, or raid groups in a specific order to cleanse them in order of importance)
Manage Mind controlled units:
- If you are a Mage, a Druid or a Shaman you can Polymorph/Cyclone/Hex mind-controlled players.
- In any case Decursive will allow you to target mind controlled units easily.
- Decursive supports magic charming affect removal for Shamans (Purge and Hex), Priests (Dispel Magic), Hunters (Tranquilizing Shot), and Warlocks (Fellhunter and Doomguards spells).
Don't waste time:
- Your cleansing spell Cooldown is displayed to maximize your dispel speed.
- An automatic blacklist will prevent you from loosing time on players who can't be dispelled. (player 'out of line of sight' for example).
- Decursive choose a logical cleansing order depending on your current position in the raid. (preventing dispel concurrence between players and thus 'nothing to dispel' messages)
React faster:
- Visual and/or auditive alerts when someone needs your attention and can be dispelled.
- Special sound alert when Unstable Affliction is detected and you're about to dispel it.
- Visual and auditive alert when your dispel attempts are resisted or fail.
Integration in any interface:
- Decursive is designed to save screen real estate and to be forgotten when not needed.
- Many options allow you to customize Decursive appearance and interface behavior.
- All Decursive alert colors can be modified making it suitable for color-blind people.
Highly optimized and effective coding:
- Decursive was developed with memory and CPU usage in mind, installing Decursive won't affect your frame rate even in the worst battle conditions.
- Bug free: bugs are not tolerated in Decursive.
In brief, what you get with Decursive is effectiveness, a player using Decursive will always dispel faster than other players.

In reply to ImTyson:
In the tooltip it says that Abolish “attempts to remove”.
Cure tooltip says “removes”.
So it was my assumption that Abolish would remove it sometimes but not every time. And that Cure would remove it every time.
Am I wrong?
In reply to AngryToiilet:
Yeah the tooltip can be a bit confusing like that, but the reason the word attempt is in there is because its a rolling removal it means it will attempt to do it even if there is no disease applied, thus "wasting" that chance at removal. If there is a disease, that disease will be taken off. So you are free to use abolish over cure. :)
In reply to ImTyson:
Abolish disease uses a buff slot. Cure disease does not. In a raid, Abolish disease could cause another buff to be removed and a very grumpy warrior in consequence.

Hey, I am trying to find a way to remove the nonstop Spam in the middle of my screen telling me every debuff that everyone gets in the raid. I do not need it, I just use the MUT and that is all. I have disabled everything except MUT and it is still spamming my screen. Especially in PVP BGs its is so annoying! Is there anyway to disable this part? It apparently isnt live list, as I have disabled that as well. Thanks for any help
In reply to Forge_User_85844801:
hmm are you sure this is coming from Decursive?
In reply to archarodim:
Hmm, I will turn off decursive to see if it still shows up. But its listing in top middle of my screen "Soandso" suffers "something" and it just spams non stop when battles are going on. I cant think of any other addon that might be doing this, but will test.
None of the documentation links work.
In reply to Lothaer:
Thanks for the report, this has been fixed, the '/' at the end of each link was the issue... They must have changed something some time ago.
I cannot move the MUF boxes. The little anchor box that used to be over the first decurse box no longer shows up. How do I bring that back?
In reply to mjpeisher:
hmmm. this is strange, there is a command to hide the handle. type /dcr to get the list of command line options, it's the last one if I remember well.
hi there, while ingame I get a box stating that there is a better version of Decursive. However, twitch/curse doesn't show one.
Just letting ya know. thank you so much for all your hard work.
In reply to xyntress:
Also started getting this mysterious box. As of now no update available (running 2.7.6.6).
In reply to Incandio:
Sorry about that, I just released a new version. It should appear in a few minutes from now.
Anyone know if there is a way to disable the Out-of-Date warning every two days?
Does anyone know how to get decursive to not show grasping tendrils. It causes me a lot of anxiety to see the entire raid needing a dispell almost all the time lol. I tried added the spell to a filter, but it won't exclude it for some reason.
Classic installs over Retail.
EVERYDAY i have to reinstall to get Retail to work correct.
Please Fix!!!
is there a way to sort the muf by group instead of having one large block for a 40man raid?
In reply to amey0:
Yes, you can use the priority list for that. Check the shortcuts on the MUF's handle.
I've switched the license to GNU GPL V3.
I may be unable to work on my add-ons in the coming months due to illness.
So please fork Decursive and keep it alive.
