Decursive key benefits
Ease of use:
- Decursive supports all classes with cleansing abilities and configures itself automatically, it works straight out of the box, no configuration is required.
- Intuitive interface and detailed options, Decursive is suitable for simple usage and power users.
Control what and who you want to dispel:
- Easily Filter out afflictions you don't want to cure or that are useless to remove by class (some are pre-configured). (Such as afflictions affecting mana on non-mana classes, etc...).
- Choose between what you can dispel (magic, curses, poison, diseases, charms) choosing their priority. (this allows you to share the cleansing work with other players effectively)
- Prioritize or exclude members. (keep players, classes, or raid groups in a specific order to cleanse them in order of importance)
Manage Mind controlled units:
- If you are a Mage, a Druid or a Shaman you can Polymorph/Cyclone/Hex mind-controlled players.
- In any case Decursive will allow you to target mind controlled units easily.
- Decursive supports magic charming affect removal for Shamans (Purge and Hex), Priests (Dispel Magic), Hunters (Tranquilizing Shot), and Warlocks (Fellhunter and Doomguards spells).
Don't waste time:
- Your cleansing spell Cooldown is displayed to maximize your dispel speed.
- An automatic blacklist will prevent you from loosing time on players who can't be dispelled. (player 'out of line of sight' for example).
- Decursive choose a logical cleansing order depending on your current position in the raid. (preventing dispel concurrence between players and thus 'nothing to dispel' messages)
React faster:
- Visual and/or auditive alerts when someone needs your attention and can be dispelled.
- Special sound alert when Unstable Affliction is detected and you're about to dispel it.
- Visual and auditive alert when your dispel attempts are resisted or fail.
Integration in any interface:
- Decursive is designed to save screen real estate and to be forgotten when not needed.
- Many options allow you to customize Decursive appearance and interface behavior.
- All Decursive alert colors can be modified making it suitable for color-blind people.
Highly optimized and effective coding:
- Decursive was developed with memory and CPU usage in mind, installing Decursive won't affect your frame rate even in the worst battle conditions.
- Bug free: bugs are not tolerated in Decursive.
In brief, what you get with Decursive is effectiveness, a player using Decursive will always dispel faster than other players.

Thank you, and I have read that patch note. Somehow I was still wondering. I agree on this being the best decursive so far, great opportunities, nice colors, clean and very easy to use - you deserve a big thank you for continuing this addon with such great effort. Keep the good work up, and once again, thank you :).
@Daworm:
I actually think like you, I prefer Decursive this way, It's funnier to use :p
@karoshi and @TheHate:
What you want is not possible, Blizzard disabled everything that could result in single-key-spamming add-on... You cannot rewrite macros while you are in combat.
You should read the patch note of WoW 2.0.
Well perhaps there should be an option to toggle between TheHate-Decursive and Daworm-Decursive... Anyway: guess it should be possible to have Decursive work the old style:
Keeping the macro set with Dcr:UpdateMacro up to date all the time should do quite fine. Could look like this for example:
/target InfectedGringo /cast My Cure Spell /script dcr:UpdateMacro();
additionally setting it via the OnUpdate trigger or something could save a lot of time and mind...
Is there a way to use the old system, where you just need to click the main list to remove debuffs? I find the MUF thingie pretty annoying, and being used to click the main list (debuff list or what so ever) doesn't make it any easier :p.
Cheers
just type /clearfocus
The focus unit is a new feature of WoW 2.0
Uber newb question here. Just installed this b/c I made a shaman and wanted to check out my options. I did the ctrl+mid click on the MUF and brought up the focus on myself, just checking to see what it was, now how the hell do i get rid of the focus? Thanks in advanced for the help XD
Thanks Kathucka :)
I should call the readme file DO_NOT_README.TXT maybe more people would read it....
Fixer: Did you read the directions? Did you try right-clicking and ctrl-left-clicking?

@Kyrstin:
Thanks Kyrstin :)
I've noticed some negative comments here, and I guess it's because everyone looks at things a different way, but again, for me, it is one of the BEST mods that I have ever used. Very intuitive and user friendly, not only to set up, but to use.
A red square pops up and you click it. Perfect !!
Keep up the good work, Archarodim.
the best is to create your priority list, the MUFs display order depends on it...
Writing the names of the units in the MUfs is not a good idea because it would clutter the screen and if you configure your priority list and skip list, you don't need to know the name of the units since all afflicted units are important then...
Note that the dev version displays colored borders around the MUFs depending on the units class, this version is very stable, you can try it if you want:

Hi, love your mod, but i was wondering if it would be possible to see the name of the units in the MUF, instead of the tooltip?
not yet but it's easy to add
Hey.. I really like what you've done with Decursive..
I was wondering if there was a way to manually adjust the spacing between the MUFs, and if not, if it's in your list of things to do..
@Naem:
well the binding key will only work when you have a valid unit under your mouse cursor... (it will not work if the unit is you though but it will work on your unit portrait)
@djagamoone:
The border is just here to tell you what the class of the unit is...
Sorry man I dont mean to dump on you, Im sure it works great for some people. You have done a great job with what Blizzard has given you to work with ... Point is for me though, a big reason to use decursive was the simplicity of it. I don't just mean easy to use. You can say that you don't think it is complicated, but the sheer number of buttons, and colors, and borders and whirly doos .. is 100x more complicated than a key bound to macro that activates a spell. You have essentially created a mini-game for classes with a cure spell. Which is cool as hell, but it's not decursive (no offense meant by that, I admire your work.)
Anyway, I will stop bothering you about it, good luck with the project!
What do you mean?
