When you first login with this AddOn you will see a black transparent rectangle with a blue bar labeled 'Default', called the encounter pane, in the center of your screen. Shift+Click on it to move it. From left to right you will see:
- Stop Icon: Halts the current encounter (you should rarely have to do this)
- Menu Icon: Opens the configuration dialog
- Lock Icon: Toggles frame anchors
- Windows Icon: Opens a drop down menu to show interface windows
Also, if you ever hide the pane and can't get it to show, type /dxe to open the configuration dialog. There is also a minimap icon.

@Loom927, Right now there isn't a separate configuration for the Timer on the Pane. It's still hardcoded. Open a ticket.
@eazye426, There's never been a separate Shadow Trap on me warning. It's just the Shadow Trap Casting warning bar. We can't guarantee 100% detection if it is on you anyway due to the peculiarities of the LK fight.
Nevermind, I guess my guildie was smoking crack or something, when he saw my post here he realized he was telling me the wrong thing. I guess it's not actually there for anyone, but it should :p
Ran into a problem today on H LK. The option for a special alert when "Shadow Trap on me" under the bars tab has gone awol. The options for Defile on me, and Plague on me are still there, but nothing for Shadow Traps. I checked with a guildie, and he still had the option on v505, so I downgraded thinking it may have been broken in the latest version, but it's gone there as well.

According to my guildie, the Shadow Trap on me option is supposed to be under the "Shadow Trap Casting" Option (See Link for image)
Thanks in advanced.
Hi, is there a way that I can change the font and/or font size of the pane timer by itself, without changing it for other timers? At the moment I can only select a font for all timers, and can only change the size through scaling (i'm using a pixel font so my pane would have to be miniscule for it to be correct).
Any help is muchly appreciated :)
No we have no control over that. All the sound stuff is bugged up by Blizzard. They've said they'll fix it. Sorry.
is there a way to increase the volume on DXE alerts? Since 4.0.1, the volume of all alerts is really low for some reason.

@lyntz, Not really, just haven't gotten to it.
@Shurshik, Because fire is a local function. Do something like this:
If you want something with more control than that you'll need to directly drive the Alerts module's Dropdown or CenterPopup commands.
Hi, how can I create a local timer by a script? (not /dxelb)
for example I tried:
/script DXE:fire("test",20,"TAN","Interface
Icons
INV_Misc_PocketWatch_02")
but it doesn't work -_- can you give me correct script usage, please?
This only happened in RS and not ICC, and seemed to happen fairly regularly, physical side only. If I had to hazard at a guess I would say on meteor.
