DHUD2 has reached is End Of Life. There will be no more updates or bug fixes.
Please use DHUD3 which has all DHUD2 functionality (and more)
Features
3 sets of Health/Power (mana, rage, energy, focus, happiness) Bars that change colors as they diminish and that give a number value of the status shown
- 4 main bars to show player's and target status
- 2 pet bars to show pet status or druid's mana when shapeshifted
- 2 extra bars to show target's target or focus status
- The number value can be shown in different styles using DogTags
- Bar's text can be moved (alt + left click)
- 16 Player buffs slots
- Show auras as well as weapon buffs (main and off-hand)
- Buffs shown filtered by left duration
- Configurable color to highlight when the buff is close to expiring

Known Issues
- Focusing using drop down menu is now a protected function. Using the focus option in DHUD2 dropdown menus will generate an error.

Or even with DHUD 3 perhaps although I don't really like the way it looks and I'd definately prefer to use DHUD2 or DHUD for 3.0

DHUD3 is now COMPLETE in it's core functionality. It will remain beta while U round up the last details and final bugs. After I add 2 or 3 more things I will make it release, plz give it a spin!

There should be an option in the configuration menu, under the target options. I would recommend you to switch to DHUD3 (also authored by me), as DHUD2 is at the moment no longer in development (i.e. no new functionality will be added) and I will only make changes to fix major bugs.

All text formating is now managed by DogTags, which include the [Outline] option to make texts outlined. Enter /dogtag in game to see the documentation and use the test area to test your tags =D.

Mmmmm.... I don't know a reason why not ;). Where do you imagine they could go? In the player buffs or in the ones used for rogue combo points? I would appreciate it a lot if you could add this as a request on DHUD3's page at curseforge (

DHUD3 is coming slower then I imagined. DHUD3 fixes some bugs that where present in DHUD2 and chagnes the way the addon works: now it's modular. The first module is ready and I have uploaded an alpha version to Curse Forge. AS always your comments and suggestions are welcome!

Since it is an alpha release it will not make it to curse yet and needed libraries won't be available in the download. You will have to get any ones you are missing.
That being said, as far as I can see DHUD for 3.0 is a major bug fix for original DHUD, some new functionality that came up with 3.0 (vehicles, DK runes, etc) and some new functionality of its own. So basically they are pretty similar in the basic concept and most of the functionality, and you will find that each has it's own unique set of treats too. For example DHUD2 can track totems, sunder armors or lacerates (with a timer). I would advise you to download both, give them a try, and keep the one you like the most.
If you decide to go with DHUD for 3.0 please come back regularly to this site as DHUD3 is on it's works and I hope to release it soon. DHUD3 will be fully 3.0 compatible: runes, vehicles, etc, some new functionality and a new modular addon aproach.

For the moment there is no "easy" way to do this. The only thing that works on DHUD2 is to target your self and right click on the target name-plate. DHUD2 will know it's you you are targeting and bring up the "player" menu.
This has been suggested and accepted as a request in the project's page at curseforge. The initial proposal, that will come with DHUD3, is get back a DHUD functionality that placed an icon in the mini-map. Clicking on the mini map icon will brink up the player menu. If you have another idea of how the player menu could be displayed please stop by www.wowace.com/projects/dhud2/tickets/ and leave your suggestions. :D
