DrDamage

DrDamage is currently being developed for 5.x. Only monks (of any spec) are not supported. All classes which existed prior to Mists are supported.

DrDamage displays the calculated damage or healing of abilities with talents, gear and buffs included on your actionbar buttons. The addon also adds various statistics to the tooltips in your spellbook and on the actionbar.

Functionality:
- Supports all classes
- Actionbar addons supported: Default, Bartender 4, CT_BarMod, Dominos, elvUI, Macaroon, Nurfed AB, IPopBar, nUI, ReAction Bars and RDX.
- Places text with the metric of your choosing on the actionbar buttons.
- Damage and healing statistics are placed into your tooltips. This includes for example critical hit chance, spell damage and damage coefficients, averages, DPS, DPSC (damage per seconds cast), damage until OOM and more!
- Your own buffs and your target's debuffs are taken into account.
- Allows manual modification of the essential talents, buffs and character stats used to calculate. For example you can test how much increasing your spellpower by 100 would increase your damage or healing output.
- If you're overwhelmed by the amount of statistics presented, you can use the options reduce the amount to whatever you feel is important!

Acronym/abbreviation list:
- AP = Attack Power
- RAP = Ranged Attack Power
- SP = Spell Power
- Ht = Hit rating
- Cr = Critical strike rating
- Exp = Expertise rating
- Ha = Haste rating
- Ma = Mastery rating
- HPS/DPS = Healing/Damage Per Second
- HPSC/DPSC = Healing/Damage Per Seconds Casted
- HPSCD/DPSCD = Healing/Damage Per Seconds CoolDown

Update to the latest version. When in doubt make sure you're using a release version and not a beta.
I'm using Bartender4, previous release version worked with it, not sure why it stopped with the new version.
- General:
- Improved tooltip handling for spells with AP and SP coefficients
- Improved hybrid class AP calculation handling
- Separated the coefficients line into two lines, making it hopefully less confusing
- Added armor based mitigation. Bosses have a known value (needs to be enabled in the options), for the rest you can now manually set mob armor to a value
- Added armor Penetration effects and buffs/debuffs
- Added Expertise, Dodge, Parry, and Glancing Blows (everything needs to be enabled separately if you want it to be taken into account)
- Added option for crit depression to melee module (-4.8% for bosses)
- Added 1s delay to UNIT_INVENTORY_CHANGED to make sure weapon buffs have had a chance to apply/disappear so they update properly
- Added wretching bile and shadow crash debuffs
- Added update triggers for health changes for the abilities effected (molten fury, death's embrace, drain soul, rend, victory rush, glyph of rejuvenation, earthliving weapon, prey on the weak, dirty deeds, merciless combat, test of faith, improved flash heal, glyph of sw:d)
- Added option for selecting between one/two roll hit calculation in melee module
- Fixed an error in Caster.lua related to using custom calculation variables
- Fixed error in dual-wield hit calculation
- Fixed target buff/debuff updates in some foreign locales
- Localization:
- Nuked all old localization tables cause it was incomplete and contained outdated keys
- Localization phrases are now automatically added from the wowace/curseforge localization application, if you feel you want the addon translated into your locale log on to wowace and assist in the translation process!
- Paladin
- Changed Holy Shield AP coefficient to 7.28% per charge
- Two-Handed Weapon specialization seems to double stack on the weapon damage portion, at least on paladin but I'll assume it does so on warrior and death knight as well. Someone tell me if it doesn't!
- Added stun effects for judgement of command
- Fixed damage modifiers to apply correctly to righteous vengeance
- Death Knight
- Removed +10 SP line from DK tooltips
- Unholy presence GCD reduction effects to caster module
- Death & Decay AP bonus seems closer to 0.048 than the 0.0475 generally reported
- Added Death Pact actionbar heal display
- Fixed Hysteria and Bloody Vengeance incorrectly increasing the blood plague portion of plague strike
- Rogue:
- Poison detection for mutilate should now work in all locales
- Added Rogue Poisons
- Fixed an error with Rogue mace specialization
- Priest:
- Penance can crit
- Druid:
- Predatory instincts now correctly applies to auto-attack in cat form
- Mage
- Added more stuns for glyph of fire blast
- Torment of the weak now triggers an update on more debuffs
- Hunter
- Fixed damage modifiers to apply correctly to piercing shots
I am not getting any errors or something on the priest. It simply doesn't work. Also the options I got on other chars where the addon works proper, I doesn't have on the priest. I am using the standard WoW user interface bars, no fency addons like bartender or so.
First of all what version are you using? If it's not the latest try upgrading and then see if it works.

One-handed weapon spec does matter as it's more damage.
i suppose that could be something wrong with shamans calculations? at other chars all seems to be ok.

- Added Unavoidable property to melee type abilities that can't be dodged or parried
NOTE: Due to the localization changes all foreign translations have been deleted for now. I've opened the localization option in wowace/curseforge for anyone willing to help with translating files.
Predatory Strikes (druid talent) affects auto-attack crit multiplier, btw, in cat form. It isn't currently listed as such, but the talent does read "increases your damage from melee critical strikes by 10%". Looking at the auto-attack mouseover tooltip in DrDamage-r983, this is not currently factored in.
