DrDamage is currently being developed for 5.x. Only monks (of any spec) are not supported. All classes which existed prior to Mists are supported.

DrDamage displays the calculated damage or healing of abilities with talents, gear and buffs included on your actionbar buttons. The addon also adds various statistics to the tooltips in your spellbook and on the actionbar.

Functionality:
- Supports all classes
- Actionbar addons supported: Default, Bartender 4, CT_BarMod, Dominos, elvUI, Macaroon, Nurfed AB, IPopBar, nUI, ReAction Bars and RDX.
- Places text with the metric of your choosing on the actionbar buttons.
- Damage and healing statistics are placed into your tooltips. This includes for example critical hit chance, spell damage and damage coefficients, averages, DPS, DPSC (damage per seconds cast), damage until OOM and more!
- Your own buffs and your target's debuffs are taken into account.
- Allows manual modification of the essential talents, buffs and character stats used to calculate. For example you can test how much increasing your spellpower by 100 would increase your damage or healing output.
- If you're overwhelmed by the amount of statistics presented, you can use the options reduce the amount to whatever you feel is important!

Acronym/abbreviation list:
- AP = Attack Power
- RAP = Ranged Attack Power
- SP = Spell Power
- Ht = Hit rating
- Cr = Critical strike rating
- Exp = Expertise rating
- Ha = Haste rating
- Ma = Mastery rating
- HPS/DPS = Healing/Damage Per Second
- HPSC/DPSC = Healing/Damage Per Seconds Casted
- HPSCD/DPSCD = Healing/Damage Per Seconds CoolDown
- HOOM/DOOM = Healing/Damage (until) Out of Mana
- HPM/DPM = Healing/Damage Per Mana
- DPE = Damage Per Energy

- MPS = Mana Per Second (How much mana the spell uses per seconds casted)
- GCD = Global CoolDown
I've implemented it so that the target armor and target armor % options are mutually exclusive. To change the option being used you first need to set the other to zero.
Basically it's the damage you'd deal if you'd use your entire remaining manabar for that spell.

I'm not sure adding any custom solution for a single ability is worth it. If none of the display types are satisfactory you can suggest a new display type by telling me exactly what it should include :)
"Average": Includes average hit heal/damage plus the averaged crit bonus (if the spell can crit), but doesn't contain effects like the PW:S glyph or any additional hots/dots.
"Average Hit": Includes only the average hit heal/damage.
"Average Hit + Extra": Includes the average hit plus dots/hots, but doesn't currently contain effects like the PW:S glyph.
- General:
- Now supports having two actionbar texts; the second one is disabled by default
- CPU usage optimizations
- Polished the actionbar options and clarified a few of the actionbar text display type options
- Actionbar texts are now removed (as opposed to being just hidden) when button placements change for a slightly cleaner implementation
- Now displays information in the tooltips of abilities in the class trainer menu
- Improved Power Cost display to apply to all abilities with a powercost (rage or energy)
- Improved Mana Cost and Casts Left display to apply to all abilities with a manacost
- Power Cost display now uses default UI colors for rage and energy for the text, but this can be configured in the options screen
- Casts Left display now uses a three stage color coding, green for >= 10 casts, yellow for >= 5 casts and <5 is red. The colors are configurable in the options screen.
- All tooltips now use abbrevations (DPE, DPR, DPRP, DPM etc.) of Damage Per [Powertype] instead of displaying the full title
- Enabled CoE/Ebon Plague/Earth and Moon calculation for Rogues and Hunters (for poisons, envenom etc.)
- Thorns and Retribution aura now display +1% Damage in the tooltip instead of the possibly misleading +1% DPS
- Fixed and re-enabled the elemental damage calculation for half-physical, half-magic attacks I had to disable in the last version due to an unexpected error
- Fixed a few physical/spell hybrid abilities so that they should no longer be classified as the wrong type (affects the bonuses of a few buffs)
- Added Blessing of Wisdom, Sanctified Retribution and Ferocious inspiration to manual buffs list
- Added text to Holy Nova, Holy Shock and Death Coil tooltips to specify which action is being shown (damage or healing)
- Added options to hide macro name text (enabled by default) and hotkey text (disabled by default) from actionbar buttons
- Added season 8 relics and pvp sets
- Death Knight:
- Fixed Black Ice applying incorrectly to Scourge Strike
- Wandering Plague now correctly uses melee crit chance
- Now takes into account a few bugs: Rage of Rivendare double stacks with Black Ice. Tundra Stalker double stacks on Frost Fever from Howling Blast. Rage of Rivendare double stacks on Blood Plague.
- The initial damage from which Necrosis damage is calculated is now correctly mitigated by armor
- Disease damage is additive on Obliterate. The Glyph is also additive.
- Glyph of Icy Touch now correctly applies to Frost Fever applied by Howling Blast
- Glyph of Plague Strike doesn't apply to Blood Plague
- Glyph of Dark Death also applies to Death Coil heal and is additive
- Improved Summon Gargoyle calculation: Set coefficient to 0.35 instead of 0.4, and adjusted base damage. Rage of Rivendare doesn't apply to Gargoyle.
- Sigil of Awareness adds 292 base damage to Scourge Strike, not 189
- Druid:
- Maul and Shred should now properly receive bonus from Trauma/Mangle
- Moonkin T8 bonus was apparently reduced from 15% to 7% at some point
- Fixed Tree of Life Aura

- Lifebloom pvp idol benefits from Tree of Life aura and Master Shapeshifter

- Black Arrow Coefficient corrected to 0.115.
- Sniper Training bonus is additive.
- All ranks of Improved Steady Shot now correctly give a 15% bonus, instead of 5/10/15%
- Rapid Killing is additive. Fixed Improved Tracking
- Added spell type downranking to Explosive Trap, Immolation Trap, Serpent Sting and Arcane Shot
- Careful Aim is bugged on Explosive Trap and Black Arrow too, reducing base damage
- Corrected a few calculation issues with traps
- Corrected Glyph of Immolation Trap calculation
- Corrected Glyph of Explosive Trap crits to receive meta gem bonus like a spell does (it's a spell that has a inherent +50% increase)

- Glyphs of Frostfire, Frostbolt and Scorch are all additive
- Aracane Power and Arcane Blast are additive
- Slightly adjusted Arcane Missiles coefficient (from 1.426 to 1.4305)
- Spell Impact, Fire Power and Chilled to the Bone are additive, Playing with Fire is multiplicative
- Shaman:
- Fixed Healing Wave incorrectly getting some Chain Heal set bonuses
- Lava Lash now properly deals fire damage
- T9 enhancement bonus is additive, not multiplicative
- Call of Flame and Booming Echoes are additive
- Tidal Waves does not apply to LHW totem
- Slightly adjusted Earth Shield coefficient
- Added a few missing downranking coefficients
- Glyph of Lightning Shield is additive
- Slightly adjusted Lightning Shield and Thunderstorm coefficients to more accurate values
- Fixed Frozen Power
- Fixed Improved Earth Shield to stack additively with Improved Shields

- Paladin:
- Glyph of Exorcism, Glyph of Seal of Righteousness and Glyph of Seal of Light are additive. 4p arena set Holydin Holy Shock bonus is also additive.
- Fixed Flash of Light libram bonus calculation
- Fixed Sacred Shield calculation
- Seals of the Pure is multiplicative on SoR
- Seal of Righteousness now correctly displays spell damage modifier in the tooltip
- The 5% Crusader Strike damage bonus of PvP retridin gloves is additive.
- Avenger's Shield AP and SP coefficients are 9.1% instead of 7% like the Blizzard tooltip claims
- Shield of Righteousness tooltip now shows the block value used for calculation on the Coeffs line instead of AP
- Priest:
- Set Glyph of Power Word: Shield to benefit from Blessed Resilience and Test of Faith.
- Fixed some buffs/debuffs (eg. Grace) that incorrectly applied also to the absorption portion of PW: S.
- Blessed Resilience no longer double stacks on empowered heal direct heal
- Glyph of Power Word: Shield or PW:S does not benefit from Test of Faith
- Glyph of Power Word: Shield does not benefit from Spiritual Healing
- Added Dispel Magic heal actionbar text when glyphed for it
- Fixed Glyph of Prayer of Healing
- Glyph of Mind Flay stacks additively with Twisted Faith but multiplicatively with Darkness, which is the opposite of how talents stack on Mind Flay
- Glyph of Renew is bugged and reduces talent effects by 20% (Spiritual Healing, Twin Disciplines, Improved Renew but not Focused Power or Blessed Resilience)
- Fixed Glyph of Holy Nova, adjusted Holy Nova coefficient slightly
- Mind Sear can crit
- Twin Disciplines applies to Mind Flay
- Rogue:
- Rogue Poisons now properly inherit all the spellhit and spellcrit they should from buffs/talents
- Gouge doesn't cause poison procs
- Warrior:
- I disabled Precision hit chance increase from a few warrior abilities (Thunderclap, Intercept, Shockwave, Shield Slam, Victory Rush). Please correct me if I'm wrong!
- Added Glyph of Heroic Strike
- Warlock:
- Fixed Shadow Ward coefficient
Chimera Shot Rank 1
You deal 125% weapon damage, refreshing the current Sting on your target and triggering an effect:
Serpent Sting - Instantly deals 40% of the damage done by your Serpent Sting.
Now I am assuming that the 40% damage done by your Serpent Sting gets added to Chimera Shot, that's how DrDamage always did it: as soon as you had Serpent Sting up on a mob, the estimated damage done from Chimera Shot would change and a new (40% higher) number would be given on the action bar button for Chimera Shot.
As of the latest releases, this has become a bit buggy. Sometimes Chimera Shot will show a higher value on its action bar button when Serpent Sting is up, but most of the time it won't change at all, like Serpent Sting isn't applied at all when in reality it is.
Would it be possible to take a lok into this behaviour? It used to work right, I get the feeling something broke somewhere aling the line..
