DrDamage

DrDamage is currently being developed for 5.x. Only monks (of any spec) are not supported. All classes which existed prior to Mists are supported.

DrDamage displays the calculated damage or healing of abilities with talents, gear and buffs included on your actionbar buttons. The addon also adds various statistics to the tooltips in your spellbook and on the actionbar.

Functionality:
- Supports all classes
- Actionbar addons supported: Default, Bartender 4, CT_BarMod, Dominos, elvUI, Macaroon, Nurfed AB, IPopBar, nUI, ReAction Bars and RDX.
- Places text with the metric of your choosing on the actionbar buttons.
- Damage and healing statistics are placed into your tooltips. This includes for example critical hit chance, spell damage and damage coefficients, averages, DPS, DPSC (damage per seconds cast), damage until OOM and more!
- Your own buffs and your target's debuffs are taken into account.
- Allows manual modification of the essential talents, buffs and character stats used to calculate. For example you can test how much increasing your spellpower by 100 would increase your damage or healing output.
- If you're overwhelmed by the amount of statistics presented, you can use the options reduce the amount to whatever you feel is important!

Acronym/abbreviation list:
- AP = Attack Power
- RAP = Ranged Attack Power
- SP = Spell Power
- Ht = Hit rating
- Cr = Critical strike rating
- Exp = Expertise rating
- Ha = Haste rating
- Ma = Mastery rating
- HPS/DPS = Healing/Damage Per Second
- HPSC/DPSC = Healing/Damage Per Seconds Casted
- HPSCD/DPSCD = Healing/Damage Per Seconds CoolDown
- HOOM/DOOM = Healing/Damage (until) Out of Mana
- HPM/DPM = Healing/Damage Per Mana
- DPE = Damage Per Energy
- DPF = Damage Per Focus
- DPR = Damage Per Rage
- DPRP = Damage Per Runic Power
- MPS = Mana Per Second (How much mana the spell uses per seconds casted)

When I read this : (spent all day today working on it from scratch!) about death knight, really !
When I check your file, and mine , there is really one of the following thing that happened :
1 - you don't even read my files with a nearly fully working deathknight, but, magically, you constructed things in the same way than
2 - you read my repository, but... you forgot to mention.
Things makes me goes crazy. I had a nearly working (at least, better than yours...) deathknigt build since 19 of november... and posted on wowace, with many comments on.
Regarding the future of death knight, please find tickets number 20 to 27 that include things to correct death knight.
We are definitely in a crazy world.
For those asking, my build was on the dkclone repository, and is now deleted.
Yes, wowace is a great way to allow anyone to work on a project, but many people doesn't want it to happens.
I think that without a mail exchange with dally, I will start a real clone of DrDamage, with my updates, my release, and will simply call it a from scrath release...

I opened tickets 20 to 26 with some code changes to solve minor issues/glitches.
Dally, thanks for this release. Can I ask you an access to the repository ? It could be really good for me to directly put updates and not posting tickets ;)
I won't stop to correct things for death knight, and I only use values that I tested on a training dummy, or a monster. Otherwise, when I have a doubt, I always write a clear comment to allow anyone to check/change things.

r706 fixes my display issue. 3 remarks regading FFB:
1. Frostfire glyph bonuses are not taken into account in FFB calculations (+2% crit +2% spell power on FFB)
2. Double hit bonus from Elemental Precision on FFB is not taken into account(usually +3% hit, becoming +6% hit on FFB by accumulating +3% hit on fire +3% hit on frost)
3. Crit dmg calculation is still wrong : the max crit dmg is ok (around 10k) but the min crit dmg is too high (10k in r706 but actually closer to 6k in game).
I'll further investigate and keep you informed.

Do you have an error report? My mage is only 57, so I'm unable to test changes made to Frostfire. The best I can do is dry-code and hope it works.

Shadow Word: Pain between 0.1830122258 and 0.183013133 per tick
Mind Flay 0.257 per tick
Devouring Plague 0.185 per tick
Are you using some Action Bar addon NOT supported ?
I use CT normally and that one don't show anything on Buttons, but on Tooltips when you hover them appears in every button, since I use the main Action Bar and the rest is CT, on the Blizzard Action Bar I do have values appearing and tooltips, and in CT Bar only the tooltips.
