eCastingBar TBC
New Features: Display Latency & Channel Spell Ticks!
The casting bar addon that replaces the default player spellcasting bar with a customizable replacement. This addon has been around since Vanilla WoW, and now it's available for TBC Classic 2.5.1 & Classic WoW 1.13.7.
About
First of all I'd just like to mention that I am not the original creator of this addon, and for that you can thank Neuro for his old rework, Retloldin for his 8.0.1 work, and all of the past contributors of the project. This wasn't just a simple TOC edit, so if you have any problems feel free to submit any issues.
Installation
Unzip and extract eCastingBarClassic-release\eCastingBar
into your Addons folder. Putting the eCastingBarClassic-release zip file in your Addons folder will not work.
Configuration
- Type
/ecb
or/ecastingbar
to open the config menu.

Not sure how I'm supposed to make this work...
In reply to Forge_User_65075218:
Unzip the folder and rename it to "eCastingBar", put it in your addons folder and see if the aimshots were fixed or not.
In reply to shoestare:
Nope, doesn't work.
Re-iterating what was said:
<header class="flex mb-2">The test bars are always visible, and there's no way to lock the casting bars
please fix this otherwise really not useable
Cheers!
In reply to Lazare:
Did you try clicking "Hide Outline"?
In reply to Lazare:
Klick im Menü " Hide Outline " dann verschwinden sie wie gewünscht. Du musst aber auch ein Haken bei Enabled setzen.

Hello, I notice that the flight bar is not displayed when the option is present. Any reason for that? Another addon is such a natural?
In reply to BillFireTV:
Yeah so during WoTLK some Flight Time Tracker addons were introduced and apparently eCastingBar had this available as well at one point. Unfortunately flight timers aren't present in Vanilla/Classic at all, so it's just non-functioning option that's in the config panel at the moment, so it'll be removed. When other flight timer addons are added into Classic is the day we'd probably add something similar, but it'd be a lot of work.
In reply to shoestare:
Another addon currently offers it. (InFlight Taxi Timer)
So why not integrate it into the one you do?
In reply to BillFireTV:
Dang I didn't realize they came out with a Classic release two days ago! Yeah we'll probably implement it for sure.
In reply to shoestare:
Hello, Do you have any news about this integration?
In reply to BillFireTV:
The addon InFlight only shows you how long you have been in flight, not how much remaining time.. this is default.
In reply to someolguy:
you didn't use the addon much,
During the first trip it records the duration. If you do exactly the same trip again a second time, it shows you the remaining flight time compared to the previous recorded data.
I noticed yesterday, that Multi-Shot skill does't use eCastingBar, instead it shows the Blizzard Default Cast Bar. Why is that?
In reply to Forge_User_46503256:
It's probably a bug and the spell I'm assuming hasn't been added to the list. Thanks for letting us know, and we'll get it fixed for the next release!
That did it. I would never have guessed that's what "Hide Outline" meant. I thought it would have to do with the border of the casting bar.
In reply to GraysonCarlyle:
Awesome, yeah that’s how the options have had it named for a while but we’re gonna adjust it, because it’s a little confusing.
In reply to GraysonCarlyle:
LOL....same. Different wording wouldn't hurt. I ended up deleting the mod several times because of it.
The test bars are always visible, and there's no way to lock the casting bars.
In reply to GraysonCarlyle:
Came here to report this. Loaded into Classic now with ecastingbar and cannot for the life of me find a way to lock the castbars.
