- Added the ability to set a separate gem quality max for non epic gear if you so wish (for Equivalence stuff)

- Made sure turning of Roman Number actually turns of Roman numbers
- Made sure turning of EIP actually turns of EIP
- Added an option to set time format to Blizzards (2 m)
- Added toggles for enabling/disabling expiring, expired and slain messages
- Enabled users to decide when the expires warning should come (3-15 secs)
