    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. Installing Enhancer via the curse client beta using no-lib install option

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    That all required external libs will be downloaded but LibBabble-Spell-3.0 and LibRoman-1.0 are not downloaded.

    What version of the product are you using?
    69981-nolib

    It appears that LibBabble-Spell-3.0 function is now handled by the WoW API and the project is abandoned as well as LibRoman-1.0 also being abandoned.
