This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of World of Warcraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

As I am no longer playing WoW, this mod will not be updated. Feel free to send me a PM if you wish to help maintain it.

Overview

Envenomous is a small collection of modules designed with Mutilate rogues in mind to help optimize their damage output. Currently, it contains 2 modules:

Deadly - tracks individual ticks of Deadly Poison your target. Supports multi-mob tracking, but will continue to only show your target's tick time.
Envenom - Simple timer bar for the Envenom buff.

2.0 is a complete rewrite and users of prior versions will want to delete their SavedVariables file before installing.

Use /envenomous to customize the bars to your liking.

Credit goes to Latito of <Vis Maior> on Bonechewer for some of the initial code, and tsigo (author of Cutup) for inspiring the rewrite.

Patch 3.3 I am getting a bug where it will not show my deadly poison timer. Is this a known error?

Broken in 3.2 does anyone plan on updating this mod? It's very helpful.

You'll have to be a little more specific than just saying its "broken". I'm not seeing any errors at all.

Mistarpenar, I'm not able to recreate the bug you're getting. Can you be a little more specific about how you're able to trigger this?

I get it everytime I target something or untarget, an npc or mob for example.

I'm not sure if it's related but I reinstalled 1.3 and since it says anchor in the error I uninstalled Tooltip Wrangler just for the heck of it & everytime I logon now I get

Interface\AddOns\Envenomous\options.lua:185: attempt to index global 'AceGUIWidgetLSMlists' (a nil value)

I keep getting the original 207 error also

I went ahead & reinstalled tooltip wrangler & reinstalled envenomous 1.2 but as soon I put 1.3 on, I get the 207 error as soon that I click on a mob or npc, then once I click away to untarget I get the error again.

Having only Envenomous activated in my addons, I get

With this new version today I keep getting the following error

Interface\AddOns\Envenomous\core.lua:207:attempt to index field 'anchor' (a nil value)

207 in core.lua is

self.anchor.dp:RemoveBar("DPTICK")

i'm not sure how to fix it

I totally love this addon but today I ran into some issues where it didn't seem to detect I had deadly poison on. I noticed it quite quick on XT-002, I'm the only rogue in the raid also, my DP would appear but the Envenomous bar wouldn't, it would appear once I envenom & DP starts stacking again though but not always. Happened mostly between target switches I'd say, for exemple on if I was dpsing let's say the heart then switch straight away to XT-002 once the heart timer is over, I would mutilate & Envenomous wouldn't detect DP until my first Envenom.
