Simple right click casting.
Double right-click to cast while a fishing pole is equipped. Options included to enhance the various telltale signs that you've caught a fish (upping the volume, enhance the pool "sparklies") and automatically applying a lure to your pole.
Double click casting can result in lost catches in rare situations where the loot window and casting overlap. I haven't figured out if this is due to a slow computer or a slow connection, nor have I found a way around it yet.

(1) The AddOn does not seem to remember settings between sessions. So if I select Auto Lures, then camp and come back, Auto Lures is not selected.
(2) The Enhance Sound option does not seem to do anything (unless it modifies your sounds levels without actually adjusting the in-game sound sliders). In other words, I have the option on, start fishing and check my sound/volume settings and there is no change.

Posted Oct 17, 2010I just opened up the LibFishing-1.0.lua and replaced all GetSpellName's to GetSpellInfo's and the mod is working again for me.

Posted Mar 28, 20101) To those of you who can't get it to work after updating to 0.4.5j, have you tried having the action option off? It was on by default for me when I first installed it and it wouldn't work, after turning it off it started working. I don't know what the problem exactly is because I was able to turn it back on and it continued working, but when I went and bought a new lure to continue, it added the lure then wouldn't cast again till I turned action off. (I honestly don't even understand what the point of this option is)
2) To those who have no idea how to use this addon, I too had to figure out how to use it entirely by trail-and-error (do to fail on author to provide instructions, so I doubt I know everything about it) After installing it and logging in, type /fa to see what options there are and see their descriptions. Due to a current bug I suggest turning action off (type "/fa action off"). Then all you have to do is double right click anywhere, preferably where you're not actually clicking on anything though. It should then cast, wait for the bobber to splash, right click the bobber to grab your catch, then double right click again and continue.
If theres more to this addon I didn't say (i.e don't know about), please respond and let us know. ty
