Fishing Derby
Allows guilds to run pool-fishing contests which will help in obtaining the "That's A Lot of Bait" achievement and the recipe that goes with it.
Keeps score in a competition to see who can catch the most things from fishing pools while the contest is running. Anything caught from any pool (including things like pools of fire or wreckage) will cause both the achievement counter and the player's score to increase.
