What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Would much appreciate if author could modify addon for ru realms. Works well in general, BUT: name of the marks from BGs are not calculated any more cause of the ru names of the items... could you possibly add following into addon:

Почетный знак Ущелья Песни Войны = WSG
Почетный знак Ока Бури = EoS
Почетный знак Альтеракской долины = AV
Почетный знак Низины Арати = AB
