Garrison Jukebox
Garrison Jukebox
This addon lets you select (from the World of Warcraft embedded music files) a list of music that will either play inline or randomly while in one of the zones you selected in your zone list. (by default, Lunarfall and Frostwall are added)
Not all music is entered yet, almost... I'm working on it. If you would like to add music to this addon, you can request it via the wowace ticket system. Because several zones have multiple music files, I suggest anyone creating a ticket to supply the embedded filename.
You can follow me on twitter @Azmaedus for addon updates

Known Issues
- Inter-addon communication may still contain bugs.
- Sometimes when changing from a zone not on the zonelist to a zone that is, GJB will play 2 consecutive songs. Working on a fix.
Before submitting your bug(s), check that you are using the latest version. If not, please update and also check if the bug hasn't already been submitted either as a ticket or in the project's description. Thank you.
v2.x
Warning! If you were using v1.2.1.0 or older, this new version will reset your SavedVariables; the structures of the musictable and zonetable have changed and as a consequence, all of your jukeboxes (Jukebox, Advanced, STM) will be emptied. As a precaution, you can also backup your SavedVariables prior to using this new version (INSTALL_DIR\WTF\Account\ACCOUNT_NAME\SavedVariables\GarrisonJukeBox.lua).
What was the version number you said was working well for you?
Fixed! Thank you!!!! You have no idea how transforming this addon is.
It is definitely one of my favorites of all time.
I'm trying to find this track ( ) in the addon. It's Dwarf Tavern music and I'd really like to have in my jukebox. Is it in the addon, if yes where can I find it? Thanks and I love the addon!
Events > Tavern Alliance
The minimap button keeps reseting its position on its own. Usually after a loading screen or teleport, but sometimes just out of nowhere. really annoying.
Also, there are zones missing like Dun Morogh that have songs I'd like to play but can't find (maybe they're shared under another zone?)
For the minimap, I need more specific information. Can you PM me a copy/paste of your saved variables file? What version are you running? Occurence of bug? Are you using another addon that affects the minimap or it's buttons?
Dun Morogh is somewhere along the lines of mountain type of music. Try finding titles with this description.

Less than 2 MB is hardly a reason for concern compared to other addons that use more than 5 times that amount. I've done console programming back in the 90s where memory constraints were a thing of bytes. Why would my addon need to be LoD? You either enable it or you don't via the game client. Maybe I don't understand your point.
I already answered the question on customized music and I do not want to support this feature because it goes against my design principle of what I want to offer. However, you are free to continue development of your extension.
1.This addon needs a load-on-demand option panel to reduce memory cost.
2.I have to rewrite the GJBC addon and it is still bugged for your new version v2.0.0.4. However, I still think custom musics are important enough to be merged into the GJB addon.
Maybe I could be a maintainer to help you develop this addon.
Im not sure how to navigate this new version . i cant find the option wo pick tracks like with the old version. what gives ???
If you are talking about the single track mode (STM) that lets you choose individual files rather than a title, simply open the options (/gjb config) and navigate to the STM tab.
The actual structure of the options menu hasn't changed.
I am no longer showing any thing under options ( as in the screen shot above) There is nothing to choose from , the page is simply blank . As well as the options for the zones
Have you tried to delete your saved variables file located
INSTALL_DIR\WTF\Account\ACCOUNT_NAME\SavedVariables\GarrisonJukeBox.lua
* You must do this with the game client closed.
Beta v2.0.0.1 now available. Make sure you backup your saved variables before using as the beta resets them.
I'm currently working on a complete rewrite. Looking good so far.
Any ideas for features are welcome.
Which songs should I pick if I want to use all (and only) the original Lunarfall Garrison songs? I already know one of them is Wolf at the Gates. Thanks in advance. Nice addon!
Draenor > Stormlords on the March.
Why isn't there a button to add a single song? Instead I have to add an entire music roll and then select and remove from the jukebox all the ones I don't want.
There is nothing wrong with the Add button to add the whole roll for a category, but 99.9% of the time I don't want all those songs, so having a button with the Sample Music section that lets me add the single sample song I have selected would be ideal.
This is a great addon and something I've wanted for a long time so please take my feedback as constuctive as it's meant.
Just pushed a new version. STMode (Single Track Mode) does just this.
Enjoy!
@unlvsur
Tried it this morning and it seems nice for those wanting to add a little custom music.
