    - All phased maps should now be properly support to fix issues with map id being in the wrong phase
    - Forgot to comit
    - Fixes for Hyjal phasing, db will upgrade itself and move any phase 2 nodes back to P1/p3 area id

    - more rare mappings
    - Added some more rare spawn mappings, reduced fishing node placement by 5 yards
