Sal Scotto:
    - Minimap and Worldmap icons can now be independently scaled
    - Added check to display as well
    - Added a check in the collector for micro dungeons, to reset the mapid to its parent zone if detect
    - no longer use LOOT_CLOSED event, do the gathercompleted after item added to map this might affect treasure chests
