This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of World of Warcraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.
Collects Herbs, Mines, Gas Clouds and Fishing locations and adds them to the worldmap and minimap.
Please note this has been replaced with GatherMate2 for Cataclysm and Mists of Pandaria.
Actually, Zepptril is probably right. I downloaded this and about 6 hours later someone had gotten into my account and stole all the gold off one of my characters. All of my addons are from this site and I've never given my password to anyone. So download at your own risk...
I deleted cartographer today (since it's getting pretty old w/o updates) and I guess gathermate needs something from cartographer to work. Is that right please?
For some reason i can see a route (orange trail) around storm peaks, but no where else... ive tried typing /routes as well as looking in the options menu but i cant find anything that shows me how to create a new route for another map area... plz help ty
Hey m8, this is a great addon. There is just this one problem: When I import the GetherMate_Data, my maps become very cluttered. Is it possible to add a button in the main map that allowes me to filter stuff?
So like a red button at the top called "Filter" When u press it a menu comes out: [All][None] [ ]Fish > [ ]Gas > [ ]Herb > [ ]Mine > [ ]Treasure >
U can tick or untick boxes of what you would like to see. When you click on any of the names, a menu appears next to it with more precise filters (e.g. if you click on 'Mine', you'll get Copper, Tin, Gold, etc).
This menu should also have [All] and [None] at the top.
Also (This is very hard to explain): Say I do the following:
Alright, now let's say I untick "[x]Mine". Eventhough I told it not to display Mines anymore, it should still remember what mines I actually want it to display once it's enabled again. So when I tick "[ ]Mines" again, I should see the following:
You already have this sort of feature, but it should really be integrated into the map in a way I've described. It would make this addon a lot less cluttered.
oh crap i had both of them on there ,lol ok i deleted gatherer and now what should i know to make gathermate work? just let it collect data and it will be automatically on my map? and if so does it show on minimap also?
scratch my last comment, but i have another another prob, How do i get rid of the spray paint like trail on the screen? it's right in the middle and its really annoying!
Anyone know if there is a built in feature that will remove the tracking circle once you get within 'X' range of node? I ask because sometimes I can't seem to tell if there is an actual node there or not.
The link is to a fwcking YOUTUBE VIDEO. Quit being a moron.

would it be possible to add a "sort by level" to the filter options page?
