This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of World of Warcraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.

Make sure you swap to the MoP/WoD version of this addon.

MoP/WoD version available: GridStatusRaidDebuff2

Adds a status to Grid for debuffs applied by Raid Bosses.

You either need to install one of these zone packs or turn on "Detect New Debuff" to detect new zones and new debuffs in those zones otherwise the addon does nothing.

How do I get the Raid Debuff to show up in Grid as the Center Icon?

Open Grid Options
Select the Indicators tab at the top
Select Center Icon on the left
Check Raid Debuff

(This option is also under Status->Raid Debuff->Center Icon, they both toggle the same setting)

If you are having problems, please make sure that you are running the latest version of Grid. Grid versions prior to 1384 has a known issue with debuffs showing.

I'm receiving an odd error. If I right click on the grid icon on the minimap you'd expect the pop-up menu to appear, instead I get a lua error saying something about FuBar libs (even though Fubar is not currently installed). Everything works fine if I access the options from Grid's own new window. Anybody have a clue what may this depend on? Not a grid-error, because it appears only if I load one or both of the two new modules for TBC and WotLK.

I can copy&paste the lua error I get if anybody needs me to.

Hey,

there is a huge problem with the new version. After updating to the latest version of GridStatusRaidDebuff the Grid plugin GridStatusHots doesn't work anymore. GridStatusHots doesn't display any hots, if I deactivate GridStatusRaidDebuff it works fine. With the version from 12/09 it works fine, too.

i have a problem with the status icon if it's any other than center-icon. i used to have gridstatusraiddebuff set to show raid debuffs on center-bottom (with the help of GridIndicatorSideIcons). after i migrated to a newer raiddebuff version sometime last week, i had center-indicator for raiddebuff enabled as well. no problem, turned that off. but it seems like my bottom-indicator isnt able to support the new border color thingy, and it lacks of displaying debuff stack numbers (e.g. impale @coliseum beasts). the center-icon however has no problems whatsoever. but i would love to have that same support for my other indicator as well...is there something im missing?

Azelkeeber - That type of a system "Your Class Filter" is included in GridStatusMissingBuffs so it might be possible to just "borrow" their code, thanks for responding

Mclagett, that was fixed.

Bossmansmith, I recommend to use grid profile system.

I'm also want to add function like that. but I need more time for thinking how makes that.

is it at all possible to add the menu item of "Your Class Filter"? I would love to use icon bar with first spot being my #1 button on my priest being dispell and on my druid abolish posion and having grid only show dispellable icons when playing my priest and poisons only when on druid?

I have a feature question; will you in the future make it possible to assign a color to each debuff?
As a healer, I find the center icon position difficult to use as it blocks all the text info, so I use borders. But on fights with several different debuffs, seeing the same color for all of them can get a bit confusing and frustrating.

Pheles, this addon used with GridIndicatorSideIcons (Link: http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-addons/details/grid-indicator-side-icons.aspx ) will allow you to see these debuffs in a much smaller fashion. I hate the center icon, but this lets you disable that. Give it a try.

Why so? From all the strats I've read it is suggested he casts this on 25man heroic mode. IMO, leave it in there till its 100% confirmed - and if its not in there remove it :) I just copied the lines fir these from the old LUA to the new one. I suggest other people do the same :) No need to release an update for a minor change hehe

The following abilities would really be helpful when healing:
Gormok the Impaler - Fire Bomb
(Similar to Mimis Napalm, puts a fire dot on people hit by fire) Higher priority then snobolled please :)??
