Fixed LDB icon tooltip handler to indicate quick layout selection functionality when that option is active.  Moved checkbox for that functionality to show next to checkbox to enable / disable minimap icon.

Added the option to replace Grid LDB icon left click action with a pullout for quick layout selection.  Of by default, turned on in the Global Options section of the configuration UI.

Small change to GCLRole.lua that may reduce lag spikes when party members join and leave large raid groups.  Leaves the decision to refresh talent data completely up to the LibGroupTalents library, rather than forcing a refresh when Blizzard roles are known to have changed.
