Fixes for ticket 10, bug in 'reset all options', and ticket 11, Grid border not hiding when GCL borders are used.

Implemented feature requested in ticket 9 by adding a configuration option to hide out of zone and offline players completely.

Updated interface version for 5.4 and fixed repository substitution keywords for versioning and dates.

Grid supports an additional party size "raid_40".

This fixes the "GCL Default" layout when in a raid group outside of a raid
instance.
