Tracks and reports party rolls.

Chat commands:

/glt history or /glt hist - roll history
- options:
  - say | party | raid | guild - chat channel
  - full - full history (otherwise last 10 rolls)

/glt statistics or /glt stat - roll statistics
- options:
  - say | party | raid | guild - chat channel
  - full - full statistics (otherwise top 10 winners)
