The title, GuildWork, is a play on the phrase team work. Members of a guild hopefully work together as a team to collect and share items that allow all members to succeed. However, without a lot of coordination, it is hard to determine which items are being collected by each member. It is even more difficult to track these items as the need changes. For example, initially linen cloth is needed, then the need moves to wool cloth, then to silk, etc.

The primary goal of this addon is to allow guild members to register a list of items they are currently accumulating, referred to as "wish items". The items on each players wish list can be updated immediately, and that information will be shared with all members of the guild.

When a member hover over an item that is registered in another member's wish list, the item's tooltip will clearly show who is in need of that item.

Initially, members will only be able add very specific items to their wish list, like "wool cloth". In the future, I hope to add more dynamic capabilities, such as armor or weapon wish lists that would allow wish lists to contain requests like "any cloth armor with an armor class greater than what I am currently wearing."
