Hi, Great addon.

Anyway I have noticed that tooltips for the icons displayed on the World map are not being displayed when the World Map is maximized.

They are only being displayed on the minimap or when the World Map is not maximized.

Every time I put this addon on the addon folder, whenever I try to log into any character the game crashes on login and gives me:

Not sure if you solved this yourself yet. But for you and others that see this. It's an Error with WoW itself. Deleting your Cashe Folder will fix it. Everyone was getting that earlier.

Hey, great addon. Was wondering if you could switch the "New Note" dialog window to the "DIALOG" frame strata? Currently it shows behind some map addons, since they use "HIGH". I would think it should use DIALOG anyway since its truly a dialog, shouldn't it? Would be an awesome improvement to an already amazing addon. Thanks!

With the new wardrobe feature, I'm going to be doing a lot more dungeons and raids until I get all of the drops from them. I haven't as yet been able to find a plugin (like Draenor Treasures) that marks them all on the map.

Does such a thing exist and I just can't find it, or do I have to manually add all of the entrances myself?

The dungeon and raid entrances are shown on the world map by default, it's a new option in Legion. I'm assuming you don't have beta yet and haven't seen!

As you uncover the map, any entrance has a blue circle icon (very easy to see) and raids get a green one. By 110 you'll have them all displayed by default.

You'll never have any trouble finding them even with no addons, so don't worry about it! :)

HandyNotes breaks the quest log map and map for me.  Map shows up as blank with only an arrow noting my toon's location.

I have a problem.

I have 2 icons on the wow map

once (learned from a recipe) on wow

and one icon from handy notes.

is there a possibility to disable the icons from wow default ( recipe )

Right now for whatever reason, handy notes is re-setting all the vendors so that every time a vendor is clicked on, you have to select available items, unavailable items, etc.

Are you devs planning on having a Legion/Broken Isle version as well?

my biggest complaint, if i'm in garrison or a trade city, i have to turn handynotes off to get rid of the red skull icons for the rares in the respective main zones of the area.

ie shadowmoon valley for being in garrison, or Dun Morogh  if i'm in Iron Froge.

they seem to overwhelm the minimap, rather than disappear when not in a zone rares might spawn. is there away this can be fixed?

I hope you will be able to access this error message and make the necessary corrections. This appears every time I log in.

Hey will you be updating this addon to show Legion treasures etc? If so I am in beta so can help with locations if needed.

The editbox keeps showing up behind the map :(

is there a way to batch add coordinates to handynotes? Specifically I want to add locations for Trove of the Thunder King but I do not understand the formatting in the .lua and I really am to add locations individually

I also would like a way to add my own Notes without having to learn to write my own LUA package for this addon. A command line option like 
/hnnew x,y <Description> 
Would be sweet. 

Handynotes is an awesome addon with many extra parts.  But this time around, I have the books and festivals NOT loaded in any form, and it shows the icons for them on all maps.  How can I turn this off so it only shows when they are loaded?  EDIT:  I have not looked for the others, but Lunar Festival reports wrong elders at their locations, and it's pretty darn obvious.  Wrong continents.  Wrong elder at that location.  But mostly how to turn off when not loaded.

Wrong information often.

I don't have flying in Draenor, i need 200 garrison resources. I just wasted half an hour - apparently not all notes have the correct description. Often its described if you need to fly or do something special in general to get to an item/objective. Thing is, for example they forgot to do that i Draenor Nagrand. Half the objects described by Handynotes is simply not good enough.

Result = wasted time, rage, misunderstandings. 

Verdict = Not useable in some occasions.
