- Added in more of the tracker system. at this point it *SHOULD* start tracking raids. No GUI or option parts yet, but the broker icon does show
- More tracker updates, its almost to the point of working. it should now create log boss kills and loot, still need some work to start the initial raid and handle whispers.

- Be sure to check alias list for multiboss encounters
- If we didnt detect the correct boss at start, be sure we fire a callback on flexlock checks with the correct boss name.
