This project is abandoned and its default file will likely not work with the most recent version of World of Warcraft. Whether this project is out of date or its author has marked it as abandoned, this project is no longer maintained.
I've been working on the source today an I think I'm making progress... Already got it "working" again... in some way... there are still some flaws like ActionStates and reloading the UI after adding an action to a button... but I guess soon there'll be a completely working version :)
macaroon could never replace this for me.
largely most of the time i used this to swap engineering eq and trinkets.
macaroon wont do that, you have to manually equip it and THEN macaroon will just /use the item.
also.. i get the feeling macaroon was meant to replace the original actionbars because as i make more bars with macaroon, it slowly destroys my old bars by replacing keys on the old ones.
sometimes i feel like i'm the only person who actually likes the default gryphon bars. >.>
i'll make due with a crappy trinket addon till this addon is fixed..
Macaroon is a great addon but I don't see much similarity to IB. Well, not more that any other AB addon, at least. Some time ago I switched from Trinity (Macaroon's predecessor) to IB and never regretted. Unlike IB, Macaroon/Trinity are unnecessarily complicated, not intuitive nor logical.
Why should anyone care for config sliders anyway?
I think I will hold my breath as long as necessary.
Those of you wanting an update, don't hold your breath. Check out Macaroon on WoWInterface; it can do everything InfiniBar did, and configuration is much more intuitive... no more wading through massive screens full of shoved-together sliders and dropdowns. (Sorry JJ... IB is/was great, but RockConfig sucks!)
