- turned off inventory fire events
- so the wowiki has the arguments to ITEM_LOCK_CHANGED backwards gg
- vithos - /cast !auto shot resets the timer - inventory change event too popuar fixed.
- vithos - the default fps cap, 15 too jerky - raised to 30
- Epixerz - hunter swing timer using a bow timer - mostly fixed.
- vithis - frame strata is too high
- Reverted away from server timestamps.

- I hated the cental processing code so i rewrote all of my processing code.
  it is a LOT cleaner, but Blizzard has some bugs i have to work around.
  May be some noln warrior bugs, but code is a lot nicer.

- Mookosh@Ysondre - War stomp now resets the swing timer
- Alpha base has been broken for a while now fixed.
- Reselecting a target no longer resets swing timer.
- Generic Spell handling.
