    :GetGemID()  fails for new Cataclysm gems above a certain gemID, because the gemID scanner threshhold is too small.
    gem "Brilliant Inferno Ruby" (itemID 52207) works (gemID: 3996), but gem "Reckless Ember Topaz" (itemID 52208) fails.

    increasing the threshhold to 5000 fixes the scan, allowing the gemID of aforementioned Reckless Ember Topaz to be determined as 4010.
