Addon Description Magic Runes is a set of bars displaying rune cooldowns. It's meant as either a replacement or addition to the normal Blizzard rune display.
Hi. This is a great addon, but I have a request for something you can add for patch 4.0. A new bar to track the "Dark Transformation" buff that Unholy get to empower their pet. Would be awesome if you could add this.
I am unable to post comments it seems. In either case, I can't find any issue with the latest version (except an unrelated bug that I just fixed). Not sure what's going on with not being able to move them or the ButtonFacade issues.
Just downloaded the update to magic runes today. Now, when I run both magic runes and buttonfacade together, my bartender bars refuse to take on the buttonfacade skins. I have turned magic runes on and off a couple of times using reload UI and restarting the game. Whenever magic runes is on, buttonfacade does NOT work. I'm going to have to drop this addon until the problem is fixed.
I don't seem able to reproduce this problem with ButtonFacade. If you have a problem with this, please update to the latest Magic Runes and Button Facade - 1.0.71 and 3.3.333 respectively - and see if it's still broken?
Certainly. In the configuration there's a page "Bar Configuration". You can hide individual bars there. You can also use that configuration to change the order of the rune bars if you want.
OmniCC doesn't work for the "base bars" since they are implemented using simple icons and OmniCC requires something more. It works with the two optional addons however. It's unfortunately nothing I can fix either.
u know how to disable right? press ESC > Interface > Addons > dann go on Magic Runes tab and click on it...on the general settings u'll see the sentence " Lock bar position " enable it and u can move it
Wouldn't mind if your addon had a global cooldown timer-bar seeing as how any death knight worth his salt should be riding on a GCD most of their time.
Currently there is one other addon which is a rune-bar addon which also has a GCD display, but the runes and runic power display is numerical (I can't make sense of numbers)
The reason I want a GCD display is mostly just to know for certain that I have delivered a Frost Strike after a Killing Machine proc as time is short between each cast it is critical to be certain that you've actually cast what you wanted instead of spamming your button all the while GCD is keeping you locked out, and then continuing merrily on to your normal rotation with Killing Machine still on, this is the only reason I lose focus on my rotation.
There are few addons out there that show GCD, those that do are either outdated by years or show it in the vaguest possible way, like sparks.
